Where is God when it hurts?

This week at Youth we’re continuing Can I Ask That? with a big one: Suffering, grief, pain and unanswered prayer.

If God is good, why do bad things still happen?
Why doesn’t God always answer prayer the way we hope?
Is it okay to be angry at God?

We’ll hear from our panel, look at what the Bible says, and then open the floor for your questions.

Bring your Bible, notebook, pen and drink bottle.

🍽️ We’re also looking for a volunteer to help us out with dinner this week. If you’re able to help out, please let us know!

I think we’ve officially recovered from SYG… mostly 😅

Youth is back this Thursday and we’re wrapping up our Represent series with Represent: Beyond SYG.

We’ll recap the weekend, share some of the highlights, and talk about what it looks like to carry what God did beyond the hype, beyond the weekend, and into real life.

Bring your Bible, bring your mates, and bring any remaining SYG stories you haven’t told yet.
