“Thus says the Lord: “What wrong did your fathers find in me that they went far from me, and went after worthlessness, and became worthless?”

Last Saturday over $4,500 was donated in groceries to Loaves and Fishes Christian Caring out the front of Coles. We are grateful for such a generous community that contributes to helping provide for those in need as we are instructed by Jesus.

On Sunday we had the joy of celebrating 40 years of ministry and service to our church from Pastor Alan and Loris Akers. Everyone in our church has been impacted by their heart of service and love, and despite retiring several years ago, they still serve most weeks in playgroup, kids church, music, or preaching.

Whilst the body is made up of many parts that all contribute, we love to celebrate those who serve faithfully and joyfully.

Thanks Alan and Loris for all that you have done in bringing the Gospel and love of Jesus to everyone you interact with!
