GOOD FRIDAY

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him"
JOHN 3:16-17

Messy Church Palm Sunday 🌿

Today we all gathered to get a little messy while learning about the beginning of the Easter story. The children had a wonderful time getting creative—making Easter cards, bookmarks, and decorating biscuits.

After sharing the message together, everyone came together to enjoy lunch, laughter, and great company. A beautiful day of faith, fun, and community đź’›

A Small Act of Giving, A Big Impact

The Wandearah Uniting Church recently received a call from Outback Chaplain Rev. Sunny, who is organising non-perishable food donations for the people of Oodnadatta after the recent heavy rains in the north left the community flooded in.

Today, members of our congregation went shopping and were pleased to make a donation to Rev. Sunny to help support those doing it tough during this time. It’s a small way we can share God’s love and stand with our neighbours in need.

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7

Please keep the people of Oodnadatta and all those affected by the rains in your prayers.
