A rich history, a strong community, and an exciting future ahead.

Our parish and school have grown together over many generations, shaped by the faith, commitment, and contributions of the families who have come before us. From the early foundations laid by the Sisters of Mercy in 1924, to the leadership and guidance of past parish members, our story is one we all share.

As our school continues to grow, the Principal has begun a community consultation process to explore the introduction of a new School House. This is an important opportunity — not just to expand, but to thoughtfully reflect who we are as a faith community.

We are inviting our parish community, especially past and present families, to share their insights, memories, and ideas. Your voice will help guide the School Board as they consider a name, identity, and meaning for this new House — one that honours our traditions while looking to the future.

A community survey is now open, and we warmly encourage you to take part.

🗓 Submissions close Monday, 13 April 2026.

Let us come together to honour our past and help shape the next chapter of our parish and school community.

📣 Possible Introduction of a Third House

Our school has grown steadily over the past decade, and we’re now exploring the idea of introducing a third House to better support our sporting, pastoral and community programs.

We’d love your input! A short community survey is now open for the next 2 weeks for all current and past St John’s school and parish members.
