Ingrid is currently the Assistant Professor of Social Work and Executive Director of the International Center For Trauma Education & Care at Andrews University.

She has significant experience doing and advocating for culturally appropriate therapy within multi-cultural groups. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and part of the International Association of Trauma Professionals.
