Easter reminds us that sometimes the most extraordinary moments happen while we’re not fully paying attention. Life can be noisy, busy, and distracting — and we can miss the quiet greetings of hope, renewal, and grace right in front of us.
The resurrection happened whether they noticed it or not. But what a difference it makes when we do notice.

As the angel declared:
Matthew 28:5–6
“He is not here; he has risen.”
A well known Easter verse— a reminder that God is at work even when we’re unaware or confused. This Easter, may we slow down just enough to be present. To listen more closely. To open our eyes to the blessings, new beginnings, and small miracles around us every day.

Today, take a moment to pause. Put the phone down. Look up. Be present. You might just hear a “good morning” you didn’t expect.
Happy Easter 🕊️

“It is finished.”
A simple phrase that speaks of completion, fulfilment, and the end of a long and costly journey.
Today, we gathered in quiet reflection — creating space to pause, to remember, and to sit with the weight of what has been endured. It was a time of stillness rather than words, of reflection rather than explanation; an invitation to slow down and consider the depth of sacrifice and love this day represents.
Our focus rested on the sacrifice of the Lamb of God — mirroring that of the tradition of Passover and the Sabbath— the ultimate and final sacrifice for our sins. A moment that changed everything, and a love that was poured out completely.

Today we gather in reverence to remember the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. In an act of immeasurable love, Jesus laid down life so that humanity might be redeemed from sin. As we prayerfully reflect on this moment of sorrow, Easter gently points us toward the promise of hope, renewal, and new life found in God’s grace.

As the sun rises, soft pinks, blues and purples stretch across the sky, wrapping our church in a moment of quiet beauty. It’s a gentle invitation to slow down, reflect, and prepare as we enter Holy Week.
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.”
— Lamentations 3:22–23
May this week bring space for stillness, hope and renewal of spirit within all of us.

We warmly welcome you to journey with us.
