"Who is Our Lady of Mount Carmel?"

Every July, our parish family gathers to honour Our Lady of Mount Carmel. 💙

But who is she?

Our Lady of Mount Carmel is one of the oldest titles of the Virgin Mary. She is the patroness of the Carmelite Order, a symbol of faithfulness, prayer, and hope.

For generations, communities across the world and right here in Varroville have celebrated her feast with devotion and joy.

This July, we do it again. 🎉

Our 9-day Novena in preparation for the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is coming up next month!

Mark your calendars and get ready to journey with us in prayer, honouring our Mother and strengthening our parish community.

🗓️ 12 July: 9:30am & 5:00pm

Our annual Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is coming!

📅 Fiesta Day: Sunday, 19 July 2026
📍 Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 193 St Andrews Road, Varroville

Mass at 10am celebrated by Bishop Brian Mascord. Followed by a procession, international food stalls, games, and a concert.

It's FREE. All are welcome.

Novena Masses: 10–18 July. Join us every evening as we prepare our hearts for the feast.

Kids Alpha is part of Family Alpha where parents and children in years 3-6 come along and experience Alpha.

This year the program begins on 8th May from 5:20pm till 7pm and runs for 7 weeks and is conducted in our Parish.
