Prayer & Fasting: Day Three

Key Scriptures: Hebrews 6:1 · Hebrews 12:1–2 · Hebrews 13

Hebrews finishes by telling stories — ordinary people who trusted God and moved before they could see. None of them had the whole picture; all of them kept going. Faith in this letter is not certainty about outcomes, it is confidence in a Person.

So the letter refuses to leave us where we started. It calls us on to maturity, out onto the track, and into a Kingdom that cannot be shaken. Day three turns us forward — and outward.

Prayer & Fasting: Day Two

Hebrews is honest about the danger no one announces. Nobody decides to fall away; people drift. The warnings running through the letter are not threats — they are the voice of a friend who can see the current before we can.

The confidence Hebrews offers is not in our grip, but in God’s. We hold fast to the hope we profess because the One who promised is faithful. Day two is for the long middle of the journey — for faith that has been tested and needs holding up.

Prayer & Fasting: Day One

Key Scriptures: Hebrews 4:16, Hebrews 10:19-22

Hebrews opens with the Son — the radiance of God’s glory, the exact representation of His being, seated at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Before the letter asks anything of us, it asks us to look at Him. And what we see changes how we come. The curtain is torn,
the sacrifice is finished, and the way into God’s presence is open.

Day one is about closing the distance — not because we have earned the right, but because Jesus has made the way.

He is worthy of the cost. His presence is worth the cost. There is no one more worthy of our time, sacrifice, affection and devotion.
