Kids Club Bonfire Outing — Permission Note
South Wagga Anglican Church

Event: Kids Club Bonfire Night
Date: Friday 4th September 2026 (Term 3)
Destination: 514 The Rock–Collingullie Road, The Rock
Transport: 22‑seater bus
Meeting Point: St Pauls - South Wagga Anglican Church
Departure: 5:00 PM
Return: 7:30 PM (Pick‑up from church)

Kids Club will be travelling by bus to a private rural
property at 514 The Rock–Collingullie Road, The Rock for a supervised bonfire evening.
Leaders will run structured activities, maintain safe boundaries around the fire, and ensure all
children remain under direct supervision at all times.
All leaders and volunteers are screened under the Anglican Church’s Safe Ministry
requirements. A first‑aid kit will be carried, and emergency contact procedures will be in place.

Children will return to the church by 7:30 PM, where parents/carers can collect
them.

We are having a bake sale to raise funds for our Youth camp, CYCC. We need people to bakes goods for us to sell and we need you all to come along and buy those goodies!
If you can bring something cooked, please let us know by one of our sign up sheets at either St Pauls or St Albans, calling the office or speaking to one of the team!

This week at youth group we are Living In The Light! Bring your bible so we can open up chapter 5 of Ephesians and bring your dancing shoes as we Just Dance!

This Week at youth group we will be looking at Ephesians 4:17-31 and challenging our brains with trivia! It will be fun and engaging, we will of course be sharing in yummy food and good chats. See you then! Please bring your friends!

KIDS CLUB IS BACK!!

Our Kids Club will be returning for Term 3 tonight with some fun games to kick us off. Please join us at St Paul's 5pm and don't forget to bring some friends along. We look forward to seeing you all tonight.
