*Arafah Program*
🕋 A suggested program for the blessed day of Arafah to maximize the blessings:
1️⃣ Tonight, make a sincere intention to fast tomorrow, solely for the day of Arafah. This fast needs specific intention. Do not combine it with other intentions, such as making up missed Ramadan fasts.
2️⃣ Wake up an hour or two hours before Fajr prayer and offer tahajjud prayer, supplicating to Allah until Sahoor.
3️⃣ Wake the whole family up for sahoor, perform ablution at home and head to the Masjid. Pray 2 raka tahiyyatul Masjid and the Sunnah of Fajr. While awaiting Salah, dedicate time to making dua.
4️⃣ After the Fajr Salah, engage in post-Salah Azkaar and read the complete set of morning Azkaar. You can then read the Quran or engage in other remembrances until sunrise.
5️⃣ Approximately 15 minutes after sunrise, pray Duha prayer, consisting of 2 or 4.
6️⃣ Then go home rest for an hour two, getup and pray another 4 raka Duha.
7️⃣ Take a couple of hours of rest or home duties then perform ablution at home, pray 2 raka Sunnah after ablution, and also another 4 raka Duha if time permits and head to the Masjid early and perform tahiyyatul Masjid. Continue reading the Quran until it's time for Dhuhr Salah.
8️⃣ Before offering the Dhuhr Fard prayer, offer 4 raka Sunnah prayers.
9️⃣ After the Dhuhr Fard Salah, recite the post-Salah Azkaar, followed by 2 Sunnah raatiba, add 2 more as per another Sunnah.
🔟 At this point, you can either return home or, preferably, stay in the Masjid, engaging in Quran recitation, Takbeer, or Azkaar until Asr Salah.
1️⃣1️⃣ If you went home after Dhuhr then make sure to come to Masjid 10 minute before Iqamah of the Asr prayer, offer 4 Sunnah prayers (as reported in some hadeeths).
1️⃣2️⃣ After the Asr Fard Salah, recite the post-Salah Azkaar, followed by the complete set of evening Azkaar.
1️⃣3️⃣ It's highly recommended to remain in the Masjid until sunset, dedicating time to Quran recitation, supplications, and Takbeer.
🌟 The best remembrance (Zikr) for the day of Arafah is:
*لا إلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ*
Make sure to recite this as much as possible throughout the day of Arafah in abundance.
💼 For those who are unable to take the day off to worship on the day of Arafah, make the most of your time by filling it with remembrance of Allah (Zikr).
