Hey Everyone!

It really has been a while since anything was posted here, but one of the silver linings of this pandemic is that I have had enough time to produce a documentary (of sorts) of my time in PNG. For anyone who is still remotely interested (or perhaps just bored), I hope you enjoy! 🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬

Unfortunately the camera I recorded on had quite a dodgy mic, and so some of the audio is not very high quality. I hope this doesn't detract from the overall viewing experience too much!

I'm back from PNG!!! 🇵🇬
We trekked 152km across the highlands of Morobe and Gulf province and now we're back on base in Townsville.⛰
I have so many stories and God did some amazing things on outreach. I am so grateful for my time in PNG and I had an awesome team who were with me every step of the way.
Only 2 weeks until I return to the UK, I can't wait to see you all again and share some of my experience in the land of the unexpected.
Expect an outreach highlight video soon which will shed some light on what I got up to in PNG. Until then, here is one pf my fave pics of the mountains of Gulf province!

DTS UPDATE!!!!
I'm back from first outreach!!

We had an amazing time in the outback of Australia in 3 different locations...

Mount Isa- We stayed at the lovely Bishops house and got alongside various things in the community. We did some work in the Boys Brigade, in a school, and I got to share a testimony in a local church! Mr B also took us offloading through the outback!

Julia Creek- We spent the week serving at the Dirt and Dust festival. The first half of the week was spend helping to set up the event and then at the weekend to town of 400 turned into 4000. We helped to facilitate the triathlon and then in the evening we got the opportunity to work as bouncers. I also got to dress up as a giant pig and be a mascot for part of one of the evenings.

Nelia- We stayed with a lovely couple at a farm that was hit really hard by the flooding. We worked around the farm and helped them to restore their land. In the evenings we sat round a campfire with a cow and a kangaroo, and we always had a bath in the middle of a field under the stars.

God has done so much on this outreach and we got the opportunity to pray for many people across each location. We saw the Holy Spirit at work in powerful ways as people's bodies and minds were healed.

Only 1 more week until I fly off to PNG!!!

Update! 🇦🇺

In the last couple of weeks I have seen some of Australia’s beautiful wilderness! We went to Wallaman falls which is the largest single drop waterfall in the country!! 🌊⛰I have also been learning some more pidgin from the PNG guys around base! The face paint below is from Allan’s home in the southern highlands! Our lecture topics have been missions and relationships which have been really interesting! Only 2 weeks left until first outreach, we’re all getting pretty excited!!!

Update!
Still having an amazing time with lots of amazing people!
I’ve found out my outreach team!...my team leaders are Helen and Jack and the people you can see in the photo are: Matt, Holly, Trevor, Micah, Carlie, Anna, Jack (Left to Right) We’re frog team! 🐸
We will be going to the Morobe province and hiking from village to village there! I can’t wait to see more of PNG culture.... and also try the 15 different kinds of mangos they have there! 🥭
In other news we went to a Koala and Kangaroo sanctuary called Billabong where the kangaroos roam free and are really friendly! 🐨🦘
We just started a teaching week on missions which is going great!
