WE'RE GOING FISHING THIS WEEKEND!

Vision Youth is heading out for an afternoon packed with fishing, BBQ, fun, and fellowship — and YOU’RE invited!

Whether you’re a pro with a fishing rod or you’ve never caught a fish in your life, this is your chance to cast a line and have a go!

And if you reel in a WHOPPER… there’s a prize up for grabs!

No catch? No worries! We’ve got the BBQ covered so nobody’s going home hungry.

But it’s more than just fishing and food — there’ll also be a time of encouragement and connection, because we want you to leave fed both physically AND spiritually

Bring your mates, bring your best fishing skills (or just your appetite 😄), and come hang out with us. We can’t wait to get to know you!

Vision Youth joined forces with Just 4 Kidz to reach out to the Heatley community - and what an incredible afternoon it was!

With a massive turnout of children (and even some adults joining in on the fun), the atmosphere was full of laughter, connection and community spirit.

From games and conversations to feeding hungry bellies, it was amazing to see relationships being built and our young people stepping up in faith, boldly to serve and make a difference...being a light of the world and salt of the earth.

A massive thank you to everyone who have pitched in and got involved.

This is what it's all about - loving people, building community, and shining the light of Jesus wherever we go!

This Sunday night you get that chance!

We’re so excited to welcome Rev. John & Sue Downs for “An Evening of Legacy and Faith” — a special night where our Vision Youth (ages 13+) get to learn directly from two people who have faithfully served the Lord for decades in the United Pentecostal Church of Australia.

Over a relaxed dinner, you’ll hear their stories, soak up decades of real faith wisdom, and have the opportunity to ask them anything that’s on your heart.

Why learn life the hard way when you can receive wisdom and “life hacks” from those who have already walked the journey before you?

Last Friday, our youth brought the energy, the laughs, and some impressive Bible knowledge to Trivia Night! From rapid-fire questions to those “wait… I know this one!” moments, the room was full of excitement and friendly competition. We wish to congratulate those who have taken home prizes...and bragging rights.

There were cheers for the wins, groans for the tough questions, and plenty of laughs in between—but most of all, it was amazing to see everyone growing in their knowledge of God’s Word together.

Nights like these remind us that learning the Bible doesn’t have to be boring — it can be fun, interactive, and something we do as a community.
