FNY TCBC Youth

Welcome! Friday Night Youth has activities/games, followed by a Bible study. The $3 entry fee covers a light supper.

Strict Child-Safety guidelines are in place for the safety of your children. At FNY ,all our conversations are intended to be positive/respectful. There is no intention of forcing anyone to believe in anything that they are not comfortable with. However, we unashamedly teach what the Bible says on various topics and discuss these with the youth.

Joseph spoke these words to his brothers after they sold him into slavery - an evil that God used to save a nation from famine. We don't always see what God is doing in the hard times, but He is faithful, and He has a purpose even when it's hidden from us. Keep trusting Him, and keep looking for the moment when He makes everything clear.

What's better than our cold Toowoomba winter nights? Spending them at FNY! Come along this week for a real chill night - a chance to unwind, relax, and hang out.

Oh, and for any youth wanting to be involved in the music team for our youth service in August, it's a chance to get practicing!

Have you ever wondered what exactly we get up to at FNY? Wonder no more! You're invited to come along with your children this week for a special Parents v. Youth night. There may be running, there may be dodgeball, there will definitely be laughter - and maybe some extra ice packs for some of us.

Life comes with storms. And when the skies go dark it can be hard to see what God is doing for us. We can rejoice, though, knowing that God has a hand in everything that we go through, like a master artist forming a beautiful tapestry from a tangle of threads. Whatever you're going through right now, keep your eyes on God and keep chasing Him. When you're on the other side, you'll be amazed at what He has done in the midst of the darkness.

There is no other love that compares to how God sees His people. He gently leads us to life, guides us through trouble, and holds our hand when we go through dark days. He is forever patience, always kind, always giving the best that He has for us. What a God we serve!

Don't just hang around on Friday night, come and hang out with us! Come along for our first chill night this term - we've got Nintendo Switches, a pool table, basketballs, dodgeballs, soccer balls, and much more! The world's your oyster, but only if you come.

The heart of Christianity is the truth that Jesus loved us and paid the price for us when we were still lost. He doesn't wait for us to change or to improve ourselves. He loves us as we are, calls us from where we are, and then promises to grow us as we follow Him. There is no love greater than His.
