🌟 YOUTH GROUP 🌟

Last week at youth it was bandana night. Little did the kids know their bandanas were to become blindfolds!
They did blindfolded drawings, a full blindfolded trust walk through an obstacle course guided by their partner giving them directions - trying not to knock over the towers of toilet paper!
They also had to follow some dance steps while blindfolded but remain in their square. Yes there were some cheaters but we all had lots of fun! We finished off the night with a craft activity and some snacks.

SAVED - SAVIOUR - SALVATION

On the cross, Jesus saved us from an eternity of separation from God after we die. He is our saviour and because we love and accept him we can enter heaven. Our salvation is a free gift and all we need to do is accept that gift, turn away from any sin and follow Jesus.

Be thankful IN all circumstances.
You don’t necessarily have to be thankful FOR all the circumstances, but choose a heart of gratitude during those hard times. Then trust God to carry you through, and look past the pain to see God’s constant presence.

🌟We had a great time at Youth Group last Friday night! With a Commonwealth Games theme we had swimming, shot put, javelin, discus, hockey and charades. Lots of fun!

It’s that simple! Once you believe, begin to trust in the Lord for everything and do your best to follow him, and your life will be forever changed.

THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE

Jesus is the way, the only path that leads us to heaven. Just like a map, he guides us to God.

Jesus is the truth, as he shares God’s perfect truth written down in the Bible. Like a lamp in the dark, he shows us what is right.

Jesus is the life, since his sacrificial death on the cross gives our spirit eternal life in heaven.
