🌟 YOUTH GROUP 🌟

Last Friday we had spaghetti towers, potting up herb heads, games and patience for giant cubes of ice with hidden treasure clues inside, is just some of the fun we had on Friday night.
It was great to meet some new faces and share supper together at the end. Even the grown ups had a good time chatting with eachother over a cuppa.

Until next time…. same time…same place… last Friday of the month 7-8:30pm for all primary school kids at the Wyreema Hall. No cost, just come along!

QUAIL IN KIDS CHURCH!

Today the kids were learning about God’s provision during tough times. After the Israelites had been rescued from slavery in Egypt, they had no food while they were in the desert and God provided a wind that brought massive flocks of quail to the people for food.
They learned that when we are struggling we can pray and ask God to help us.
Once created, the children had races with their quail. Lots of fun!

Please join us each week at the Wyreema Hall for a family service at 9:30am with kids Bible study and activities beginning at 10:30-11:30 while the adults also have Bible study at 10:30-11:30am. All welcome.

We can always speak directly with God about our needs. He is always available and always listening.

Mothers and motherly figures who love and guide us are so special. They are truly a blessing to all the lives they nurture, emulating God’s characteristics and reflecting his divine love.

🌊THE PARTING OF THE RED SEA 🌊

Today in Kid’s Church the children made a model of when God saved his people by enabling Moses to part the Red Sea and lead God’s people through it to the other side.
In difficult times remember God’s faithfulness to rescue us and provide for us.

Fun fact:
The Red Sea isn’t red, it’s blue, but occasionally it appears red when seasonal algae die off in the water causing a reddish brownish colour.

Our most recent youth group night was an Easter theme, complete with egg and spoon races, egg hunt, balloon races and an Easter message.

So many kids, so much fun and another set of smiles on everyone’s faces
