This is the page of God's Squad Christian Motorcycle Club, Toowoomba chapter. Bible Study 1

God's Squad CMC was established in Sydney in 1971 led by Paul Eddison and extended to Melbourne from 1972, under the leadership of Ps John "Bullfrog/Smithy" Smith. After the closing of the Sydney chapter in the mid-70's, the club grew under the leadership of Melbourne, further extending across Australia and overseas in the 1990's. The Club primarily exists to minister among the 'outlaw biker frate

rnity' and associated groups, where it is an accepted and relevant expression of the Christian Church. Since it's birth, out of the counter culture Jesus movement days of the late 60's it has continued, over five decades, to devote its efforts amongst those on the fringes of society.

Another great nite last night at Bunnings West. It was a smaller night, only did about 150 temp tattoos. A very moving part was when the mum of a very young girl said that she was mostly non-verbal with people outside family, except when we are there, and they look forward to seeing us when we are. Great to see some of the Dads who we know through other circles, and great seeing the kids and community engaging with many of the acivities.

Big Weekend in Toowoomba. For the last 6 weeks or so, we've been working towards doing a working Bee Sat & Sun, and Family BBQ on Sat night. New Deck, New Front Door, Gardening / Painting being done, as well as re-arranging the inside of the clubhouse. Whilst the works were planned, the cost of the exercise was incredible, and hugely offset by a generous donation received last week. Thanks to all that lent a hand, both physically and financially, your input has been important in maintaining the facilities that receive so much use.
