Hello our amazing creatives and welcome to 2026!
As you are all aware, from this Sunday we are heading into multiple services which is super exciting as God continues to build His church we get to respond in the best way, facilitating growth and doing what we love!
As part of this new season there are a number of changes and new opportunities for us as creatives which will be communicated real soon... one of the things I would like to speak to firstly is the value of time, how we value the time you guys put in to serving with excellence and the time we have scheduled for pre-service components like rehearsals and meetings.
Our rehearsal component will now be 30min and to achieve everything we need within this time frame we will need to be completely focused, ready and prepared... the best way to do this is by putting in enough time during the week, to the point where we know our instrument/vocal parts so well everything just flows effortlessly, with vision and excitement building in every moment!
This is not to be seen as more work, but an opportunity to move beyond the minimum and give God the absolute best of what He has already placed in our hands. As God has selected each one of you for this purpose and time, He will also use you to lead by serving His bride, our people, the church.
Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday... I pray you have a renewed passion and expectation for worshipping Him and the opportunity to shine a light on His greatness for all the church to see.
