May Australia be granted harmony, justice and peace. Grant wisdom to our leaders and integrity to our citizens.

O God, who by the mystery of today’s great feast
sanctify your whole Church in every people and nation,
pour out, we pray, the gifts of the Holy Spirit
across the face of the earth
and, with the divine grace that was at work
when the Gospel was first proclaimed,
fill now once more the hearts of believers.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

Light and darkness, wind and fire, water and earth, the tree and its fruit speak of God and symbolize both his greatness and his nearness.

Holy Hour this Sunday, 1 March, 10-11 am 🙏

On Sunday 1 March, every parish in Australia is invited to celebrate a Holy Hour in preparation for the 54th International Eucharistic Congress, which is to be held in Sydney, 2028.

Eucharist28 is not simply an event, but a defining moment in the life of the Church in Australia. It invites us to be renewed in Christ and formed more deeply as Eucharistic missionary disciples.

Having heard the Gospel of Christ’s Transfiguration we ask the Lord to transform our hearts through the Eucharist, that his will may be done in our lives and in the life of the Church.

Join us for Stations of the Cross every Friday of Lent at 6pm ✝

The Stations of the Cross are 14 moments from Jesus’ Passion, beginning with His condemnation by Pilate and ending with His burial in the tomb.

Traditionally, they are marked along the walls of a church or outdoors, allowing you to physically move from station to station, meditating on each scene.

The Stations have been an important Lenten practice since antiquity and continue to be observed by Christians around the world. The more we walk with Christ to Calvary, the more our hearts are conformed to His—ready to pour itself out for others in everyday life 🙏

Ash Wednesday Schedule

9:00 am, 11:30am and 5:30 pm

Stations of the Cross starts this Friday, 20 February at 6pm. This will run every Friday until the Holy Week. Hope you can all join.
