Our hearts are with the people of Nepal following the devastating flash floods that struck the Trishuli River region on 26 August, taking hundreds of lives and leaving many more missing.

The Sydney Shakti Temple community stands in solidarity with all those affected, their families, and the rescue workers on the ground.

We also hold in our prayers the members of our own community who are unaccounted for. We pray for their safe and swift return, and we hold their families close at this difficult time.

May all those affected find strength, safety, and comfort. 🪔

Varalakshmi is the auspicious form of Goddess Lakshmi who grants boons of prosperity, harmony, and well‑being 🌺Devotees worship Her to seek blessings for their families, homes, and the flourishing of all good things.

Our Annual Varalakshmi Pooja 2026 was a beautiful gathering of devotion and community. Thank you to all devotees who joined us in prayer and made the celebration truly special.
May Goddess Varalakshmi’s grace continue to bless every home with abundance and peace 🙏🕉️.
