Church Service 9.30am with Dilly Kids
Church Service 4.30pm with Kids Program

Join us in praying for those affected by the tragedy in Bondi, and for peace in our nation. All welcome for a brief service of prayer and fellowship at St Mark's Anglican Church, Picton, 7-7:30pm tonight (Monday 15th Dec).

Here's a prayer you could pray, even if you can't make it tonight:

Heavenly Father, God of all comfort, deal graciously with those who grieve in this time of deep sadness. We pray especially for family and friends of those who have been shot. Grant them strength and peace in the days ahead. We pray with a spirit of compassion and grace for the Jewish and broader Bondi community, as they come to terms with their grief and shock. We ask you, Gracious Lord, to heal and restore all those who are still recovering in hospital. Be with them and their families
as they travel the road to recovery. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Toddler Time is back on tomorrow for Term 3. We meet every Friday morning during term time.
It starts at 9:30am and finishes up at 11:30am and is open to children from 0-5. We have a great time and this term we are learning our alphabet letters.
It's $2 per family per week or $20 per term.
Coffee is provided for the parents/ carers who attend.
We ask that each family bring snacks and drinks for the children in their care.
Please join us for some fun this term.

We have started sorting clothing for the children attending the SCKC Camp.

We are looking for a couple of volunteers to wash the clothes for them, so the kids will have clothes that are 100% ready to wear.
Ideally we need your washing machine to be in a pet free and smoke free home please.

Please pm Lynnette Buick if you are able to help.

UPDATE: we still need 20 NEW backpacks, about 15 NEW journals and 20 NEW Soft Toys - if you can help - please comment below, we will also happily accept $ and we will purchase the items on your behalf.

HOPE.Wollondilly with my friend / psychologist Anna from Life Tree Wellbeing , is supporting a Southern Cross Kids Camp at the end September/beginning October for about 20 children (aged 6 to 12 roughly) from foster care and other hard situations.
We are having an "op shop" day on the first day of the camp to help ensure that the kids have sufficient clothes for the week.
Each child will also receive quilt made by the team from Do Something Good (through Wollondilly Anglican Church) and a backpack stuffed full of goodies.
The wonderfully kind Sarahjane from Saige N Thyme will be creating personalised bag tags for each child's bag.
The backpacks will have a soft toy, colouring in book and pencils,
pencil case and a journal book - as these items (including the back pack) need to be new, we are hoping to get these items donated - if you are able to donate any of these items, please let me know and I don't mean all 20, if you can just donate one back pack or pencil case, we would be most grateful.
If you just want to send me some money for us to purchase the items - that would be helpful too
