Announcement:

Due to COVID regulations, we are limited to by the sqm per person. St Luke's registrations are now FULL for Pascha services/Good Friday and the Easter Liturgy.

As we are now at capacity, if you have not registered, unfortunately you will not be allowed to enter as per NSW govt restrictions.

If you are a member of St Luke's congregation and have not registered, please contact Lauren ASAP.

The March resolution/revolution is underway! "Say an uplifting word to one person everyday." :)

One of the most powerful things we can do is to lift up others, just as Christ lifts us up. And one of the easiest ways to do this is with our words...

St Paul writes: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God" (2 Cor 1:3-4).

An incredible opportunity:

In 5 weeks all of the walls of the new Church will be installed over 1 day!

We have 35 fixed pre-cast concrete wall panels that make up the church that will be craned into place. Each concrete panel costs $5,000 and we have a great opportunity to add a permanent keepsake cast into each wall panel. You can sponsor/donate a panel and the concreter will place a picture and/or prayer (of your choice) for your family into that wall panel.

25 of the panels have already been donated, so only 10 are left thanks to your generosity! It is a tax-deductible donation 👍.

Work has finally begun at St Luke's new site at Port Hacking Rd, Sylvania. Thanks to your love and generosity the foundation is being laid this week!

We now have a Stage 2 of our forever home campaign of $500k target to build our walls. Happy New Year all! This year we are doing a "communal resolution" that will change each month of the year based on a little bit of evidence about which new year resolutions actually work. If each of us gets involved, it will make us a more Christ-like and more cruciform community!

January's communal resolution is a "small act of kindness"--just one a day. Join the resolution (revolution)!

Thanks be to God we have raised some funds, and now we have a $250k target to begin building.
