Today, we celebrate the Maternity of Our Lady in the Catholic Church.

As Jesus entrusted His Mother to John, so too, in His love, He invites us to welcome Mary into our homes and into the life of the Church. As members of the One Body of Christ, we become sons and daughters of His beloved Mother.

May all generations call her blessed, and may we always seek refuge beneath her protective mantle.
