Help us rebuild this school for the community of Maresh, Turkey, as the devastating earthquakes destroyed everything for them. In fact, this is more than a school, as it is also home to many orphans and widows who are using this as a temporary home due to displacement.
The community of Maresh started rebuilding the school with community volunteers, however, they are unable continue due to financial constraints and they have asked for our help. Your generous contribution will help with internal and external renovations including roofing restoration, wudu facilities, bathrooms, Quran stands and school essentials for the students.
Help us nurture the upcoming generation through sacred knowledge and the Holy Quran. Many of these students are already ‘Hufaz’ of the Quran many more want to complete the Quran.
AFAS is truly honoured to help reach out to as many people as possible to spread the word of this great community that has lived traditionally and through the implementation of the sunnah of the prophet (saw).
