For many families, today marks the beginning of a journey to a new appointment. That means packing up, saying goodbyes, and stepping into the unknown. It can bring excitement and hope, but also sadness, anxiety, and grief.
Some are moving closer to family, others further away. Some children are leaving behind friends, schools, and churches they love—while braving the challenge of starting all over again. For parents, it’s not just a move; it’s walking alongside their children through every high and low of the transition.
So today, we lift up the Kids impacted —not just those who are moving now, but all those who have carried the weight of change through the years.
We believe that God is in the moves—guiding, comforting, and opening new doors. But for a child, and even for the strongest parents, that can be hard to see in the moment.
