This is Ms Cox - I am the creative mind that bought this insitute and unification idea together to enable the social media crime genre interest communities across Australia to realise their capablility and potential - to harness that and reveal it to them is my goal.
It has been many moons between updates - and you'll be thankful if this intrigues you that I will intend to keep them to a minimum.
This text is found on my personal timeline as I navigate our future establishment and the agenda that comes with it.

Working on a pitch for gofundme.... turns out there are no grants for social projects that are community controlled and take performance interest in the application of criminal law - an trillion dollar industry. It's like shut up and take your bad medicine, the only avenue to change in to join and go against your holiistic beliefs.
Shall I start out with personally?
I've never been talented at math, nor have I ever prioritised monetary gain for what I do. I am hapless with financial planning, yet am accredited with advanced software accounting and financial reporting analysis. It is a massive leap of the creative mind to build a business. What I am trying to do requires the design & hosting of a website, one that facilitates a training module for induction and one training quarterly skills update. I know these quality control systems CAPABLE of being related to my industry peers but because this idea has NEVER BEEN FLOATED BEFORE - I am at sea with the information.
I know what I want - I want for each crime group across Australia to market the merchandise website and promote the inclusion of writers that complete the online induction and instantly have capacity to contribute to our chosen field of interest, that has acquired a pool of life experience, expertise and has wide spread participation by social media users.
The merchandise will fund the institute - and the institute will fund the FELLOW CRIME ADMINISTRATORS - but without enthusiastic promotion of the merchandise website the model fails to be realised. So .... to counteract that. I thought I would plan to forego 49% ownership of the stake of the merchandise to equally distributed among the contributing writers at a rate pro forma to their contributions / performance.
The reason I retain the 51% is my dire need to free that this game will never be without capacity for me to rein a problem, direct an intitiave - this is all pie in the sky - and is nothing without FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS IN CRIME - so if that is truth, then they need a stake, and one that means something.
In addition to being paid for articles meeting editorial guidelines - a percentage or the merchadise profit margin will be distributed to that writer applicable to their efforts to market the material, adhere editorial guidelines and complete the quarterly training online programs.
I was thinking of having some fun with the 51%, meaning that each writer who applies their funds to come to the annual summit will have a percentage matched by the institute as incentive to reinvest in collaboration opportunities.
Got me to realise, all the merchandise needs to float a minimum 49% share to be divided among the contributing FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS ...
The 51% balance, well that's my concern - and is always open to inquiry. I give my word to be transparent, accountable and ethical.

Community Restorative Centre (CRC) and Citizens Interests Crimes Institute of Australia
This is a personal email and request for advisory, the above referenced institute is my brainchild. I am not indoctrined to a law profession or enforcement. I am formerly licensed real estate agent and I specialised in service delivery of rentals. Some tribunal experience, and varied light operations management.
Personally and briefly, I am present day disadvantaged at this point in my life surviving on the Disability Pension as an aboriginal woman with Bi-Polar Skizoeffective Disorder. If you are unaware, mental health does affect the license renewal aspect in realty through Fair Trading. It was also a catalyst for my need to obtain a certificate of Recognition of Aboriginality, thankfully I have one.
I was deflated but not defeated by my illness and have since acquired capable management. However, the prognosis and withdrawn career path left me equipped with all this expertise and no means to apply it. For the first time in my life I had no purpose, no mentor or aspiration and did not know where to begin picking up the pieces.
Prior to 2014 I had no appreciation for social media and when I started to frequent it, I acquired the knowledge the old fashioned way, with difficulty. Technology is not my gift, although I can operate complex data systems and offer methods that reflect my indenture to protocols capably applied by another professional institute to set standards that protect the public and the agencies from abuse, misconduct, inaction or breach.
I understand the benefit of mining data to fully appreciate harnessing the power of information.
I have always maintained my strong sense of community and desire to be of service, and I learn from each subsequent engagement, I have acquired new skills, connections and a whole new outlook with agenda.
I am quite priveleged, my positions have diverse employment background that any Girl Friday would envy. Recruitment, Software, Telemarketing, Customer Support and of course, my real estate career extended years when I obtained my license from the institute and within months was diagnosed with a condition that conflicted with maintaining my career. I am 41 years old.
I have gained an appreciation of the impacts of mental health in many regards. This led me to create an interest point in my community, and this hub has since evolved to a massive audience revolving around the subject matter of crimes.
It is out of duty of care, ethical training and background experience that my newfound access to crimes related knowledge I deem it necessary to be managed, to prevent undue suffering in my community, and to empower those in need with the tools necessary to mitigate their problems.
I have on many occasions referred people to tribunal means when I experience police inaction complaints over disputes capable of tribunal remedy. Free mediation services too. This options previously unknown to those who inquired.
I am a caring administrator to my community, and I am developing the editorial guidelines necessary to ensure my format and content methodology are capable of being replicated by my target audience and I am not referring to the readers.
My target audience is FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS and there are so many. All featuring different objectives, political positions, educational background, employment status and audience range, and time capacity. My objective is to create the conditions for their voluntary participation in an online induction that successful completion secures access to an institute that I have created. I have already acquired the necessary access to nearly each crime genre interest group in Australia and field testing has shown the idea to be well received.
In short, I am attempting to secure control of my chosen field of interest with diligence to best practice outcomes, and analytics optimising all of the available content, mine and theirs. The data sensitivity factor is high and will be capable of shaping reports that will demonstrate the needs of the community as directly received by these FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS
Their motivation is not purely financial but monetisation is essential and will enable additional reporting both in participation and ethical management of the data.
Contributions that meet editorial guidelines attract renumeration, simple as that. My motivations are to tame the stigma that is crime reporting on social media by offering an endorsed editorial guidelines opportunity and ongoing tactile education. All the while maintaining goals and objectives reducing crime and the impact thereof. In time I seek to be endorsed for quality control measures that integrate social needs and the services available via governing interested bodies.
I do have ambitions to have a complimentary merchandise business that is totally separate to the institute however the merchandise line will have a charitable percent of profits that fund the institute. I personally have one such product in mind to manufacture but that is not pertinent right now.
There are literally thousands of people out there among our Australian residents who are presently creating/presenting information that audiences react to, (17 million/monthly). Sometimes things end badly - I want to reduce and prevent such occasions, and manage the grievances. I will also be creating an earning capacity for where there is presently none to little opportunity, hopefully build rapore and ethusiasm where previously there was little, bring change. I also aim to build up the network of existing crime administrators by appealing publicly for writers to inquire & partake in the induction, (train them before they get any bad habits that need addressing).
I would understand hesitation in agreement to support this endeavor, that stigma about social media is true and probably known to you. But this is important, the mannerism does affect the public - the consequences of this stigma I will address shortly.
I want to offer Best Practice across a social media platform, allowing for public participation on the subject of local crime and national crime, this is a daunting task. Please know I am steadfast, I will not be set aside - this is my lifes ambition and I intend to continue until it is realised or someone better than me achieves it and allows me participation.
I am super impressed with your efforts on recividism programs and hope some day to provide many referrals your way or insights acquired to further the quality and range of services delivered. If I realise these ambitions I will be capable of assisting your agency in many regards, I beleive this might be a kismit relationship. One non-government organisation to another.
I beleive in giving communities real options to partake a hands on approach to tackling crime, one that is relevant to their infrastructure, capacity and gives viable business opportunities not just to writers - but to the facilitators of the projects oriented in recividism and crime reduction - including those criminal participants. This includes all manner of opinion and inquiry being counted by writers under conditions that enable information to be considered where previously the arena deemed too colloquial (or profane) or without filter to be reliable.
This present day environment in crime news genre circles at nearly each instance outside the FELLOW ADMINISTRATORS offers participants either CENSORSHIP to opinion regardless of dialect, guaranteed dialect censorship against use of profanity, exposure to agendas aligned with corporate media interests.
All of this THROWING AWAY the genuine opportunity to embrace the people on the ground interested in bringing change in the crime arena that is relevant to their homelife and their neighbours. Mainstream media disparages their communication or existence, and I speak from both personal experience and from investigating the others. I sincerely hope you can appreciate the resource I see going to waste that could change the way this country sees its crime management. Many of them have a sense of competition and drive to capture the needs of their community.
I do not intend to align the institute with any government agency seeking their approval or endorsement. This will be a completely independent of their influence and will hopefully obtain a self sufficiency for the growth needs. There were be times where the relevant outside agencies of government or private enterprise are solicited for feedback pertaining to our discoveries, identified trends in data and those responses appropriated to the institutes management plans/goals in the reports that influence the Community Aid Projects. Wherever practicable we shall offer value adding to existing services, and establish relationships on a basis of interests in best practice and mutual goals.
The intitial period of the public realising their local social media agent has the support of the institute will be supported by an campaign of direct marketing both within the crime groups and the community noticeboards within social media. The institute will be capable of receiving direct public contact & generate the same data that a writer would for that likewise inquiry.
There are some officate media outlets who take all out war on social media. In particular the print variety, they will do anything to rein public opinion against the use of social media, scaremongering. That said there are exceptions to the mix, but the mainstream reputable ones like to weigh in on the negative regard - influencing those capable of affording their subscriptions.
Ironically these journalists use of the same resourceful social media platforms to procure tips and yet their content is rapidly becoming subscription only. This has created the uninformed poor, and they are the most important to be engaged for social improvement to living conditions and crime related context including protection, prevention and impact reduction including rehabiliative guidance.
With the way things presently are, the war on social media furthers facilitation of blacking out the poor from access to the news and issues pertinent to their area and potentially their needs, and definately silences their cries for help. The credibility factor is so hard to overcome because of both the genre and the reputation.
Does not matter if you are rich or poor though, if you are dissatisfied with the application of interest by police or intervention service, if you choose to lodge complaint you will need to be prepared to chase your tail. With complaints against the police currently being investigated by the police is a charade I would like to see ended. (Self regulation of policing complaints MUST STOP)
I aim to be involved in the METHODS CREATED to aptly investigate the complaints against police independent of their influence. The institute will provide a venue for grievances to be both lodged and logged. The institute will secure authority to act, inquire and collect on behalf of the party lodging grievance. Those responsible parties will be informed, offered mediation to attempt resolution and proactive feedback requested. The outcome will be relayed to the person and that result will be surveyed to capture their position. The end game being an educated resident with a plan for remedy who knows the police are not the entire solution if that is the case. Plus inform police department of their incapacity to manage or redirect that inquiry appropriately, with a view point to identify ideal training needs of the police as deemed in need by the community requests. If outright neglect against their customer service charter is investigated that will cite the performance breach, it's impact and potential for remedy.
The Institute aims to offer progressive strategies to influence the application of crime management by justice authorities in offering interactive workshops enabling those providers the opportunity to identify the issues they find affect the optimal use of their resources. Participation will be publicised, as will absences/apologies. These workshops will allow the institute to open the floor to consider the potential new strategies in crime management supported by data collated within crime communities and public engagement. Writers will be representing their regions. Sort of like crimecon in America but not, minimum goal of one annual summit.
Workshops will encourage creative trouble shooting of problems areas such as; analysis of requests for response that are lacking intervention and or redirection thereby unresolved, due to further inaction by that resident or other. Matters reported that are unresolved after engagement with a law enforcement agency are considered important to be recorded for pattern identification. Where possible the potential deficiency identified for the agency to offer management response, close that gap.
Any problem identified will be compared to the agencies accurate customer / public service outline - if the matter is not within the scope of their service, the expectation will be how that agency handles further opportunities to redirect such people in need. It will also assess the impact the failure to provide either that service or appropriate redirection has on the individual and community short and long term. It will also showcase opportunities or lack thereof of that person being identified as in need by the appropriate service. On the positive, reports include projected outcomes for future improvements if the agency managed their engagement with "irrelevant aid requests" and chose to incorporate this public need or offer disclaimer for its absence in their service charter due to demand.
An important outcome of the workshop is identifying the areas in need of public education - and the promotion of the facilities that aligns to the prevalance of a problem being resolved. The institute will faciliate social media campaigns on the use of the relevant services providers including capturing data on those who nominate to connect with their facility, this data capture will include scheduling a future feedback opportunity. This feedback will be correlated against the problems identified in workshop presentation and will help build repore with both the public and the agencies engaged in crime management. The results of feedback will be made available for scrutiny to those whom participated in the workshop rewarding collaboration, any other inquiry will be subjected to an application with administrative processing fee and subject to approval.
The annual summit is also the venue whereby the writers are capble of voting to elect a state representative whom will be tasked with sitting on committee selected to identify the regional needs - it's not a popularity contest available on social media, actual presence and paper ballots are to be used. The nominated candidates offered the podium to decline the opportunity or pledge their position for consideration of those participating in the ballot. The successful committee candidate will be appointed a contract with the institute outlining the essential tasks, the reporting obligations and the increments of the contact price available and how/when for the duration of the year. If the writer withdraws from committee they forfiet pro-rate the balance of any contract entitlement, this becomes available to the elected runner-up.
