Our CEO Tim Swan (pictured front left) and church relations manager Matt King had a wonderful time with Ministry Training and Development participants this past Thursday.

They discussed all things Anglican Aid: what we do, how God is working through our projects, and how Sydney Anglicans can partner with us to see God's grace overflow to a world in need.

The Anglican Church of the Congo, a partner of Anglican Aid, runs 700 schools and 90 health centres. It is currently on the frontlines of the Ebola outbreak, educating communities about the virus and caring for those who are infected.

Part of giving generously is relying on God to supply our needs. 🙏

Today is Pentecost, a day celebrating when the Holy Spirit was sent down to live inside believers (Act 2). 🔥

As we live in a fallen world, take encouragement from Romans 8. The Holy Spirit not only promises believers life after death in a world that's restored, but he also speaks to the Father on our behalf.

That's worth celebrating. 🙌
