3. The first danger is that of being Careless with what God has given us.
a. The Consequences of not giving earnest heed to the things we have heard is letting them slip.

a. The Word was Confirmed by witnesses with miraculous verification.

2. Before Paul teaches spiritual gifts, he firstly addresses something more Primary
a. Things Pertaining to the Holy Spirit.
b He then uses a Phrase he has used several times before that means Here's something important!

3. He then uses Past as Pagan worshippers.
a. The Practice of Christian virtue may not seem as Popular as crazy antics, but they are what Paul meant by "spiritual."

4. Spiritual gifts, unfettered by biblical Piety and Practice can lead to Profane expressions of worship.
a. Be careful not to judge the use of spiritual gifts on the basis of the Pleasure it gives you rather than the Preciseness of the content.
