What happens when a rabbi hands out cupcakes on the streets of Bondi? Part two.

More questions, more smiles and a little more Rosh Hashanah sweetness to share.

Wishing everyone a sweet new year.🍎🍯

Taking a little Rosh Hashanah sweetness to the streets of Bondi and seeing how much people know about the Jewish New Year.

A few questions, plenty of smiles and, of course, something sweet to share.

Wishing everyone a sweet new year.🍎🍯

As Rosh Hashanah approaches, we spend a lot of time thinking about what we want the new year to bring.

But maybe there’s another question worth asking:

Who do I want to become this year?

More patient. More present. More courageous. More generous.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can ask for isn’t a different life, but the strength and wisdom to live this one well.

What would you ask for?

Not Fanta. Not oranges. Carrots! 🥕😂

Ever wondered why carrots make an appearance on the Rosh Hashanah table? There’s a little more to them than you might think.

A simple food becomes a heartfelt prayer. For hardships to be removed, for blessings upon our families, and for a year filled with joy and abundance.

That’s the beauty of these traditions. Even the smallest things can carry deep meaning.

Standing here at the Kotel, feeling safe and grateful to be in Israel.

How fortunate we are to be able to come here, visit these places and connect with our history. Something that generations before us could only dream of.

A few months ago, I started sending out a short reflection each weekday morning.

I called it Daily Soul Reset.

The idea was simple: in a world that rarely stops, perhaps we all need a moment to pause. To reflect. To reconnect with what really matters.

I had no idea where it would lead.

Today, more than 500 people are starting their mornings with Daily Soul Reset.

And I’d love you to join us.

It’s short. It’s real. It’s rooted in Jewish wisdom, but written for real life.

It’s completely free.

👉 Sign up through the link in my bio and start your Daily Soul Reset tomorrow morning.

And if you know someone who could use a little reset right now, please send this to them. ❤️
