Look at this!!! 😱

Sometimes it's something small—a bad day, an unexpected setback, a difficult conversation. Other times it's something much heavier: loss, disappointment, loneliness, anxiety, or questions we don't know how to answer.

No matter who we are, life will eventually throw things at us that we never saw coming.

One of the most comforting verses in scripture comes from the Book of Mormon:

"And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness... then will I make weak things become strong unto them." — Ether 12:27

Christ understands every burden, every heartache, and every struggle because He has already carried them. Through Him, our trials can become opportunities for growth, our weakness can become strength, and our fear can be replaced with hope.

Whatever you're facing right now, remember that you don't have to carry it by yourself.

One moment everything seems to be going according to plan, and the next we're trying to make sense of things we never thought we'd have to face.

Whether it's a breakup, the loss of a relationship, disappointment, uncertainty, or simply feeling alone, most of us know what it's like to carry burdens that nobody else can see.

The difficult part isn't always what happens to us—it's the feeling that we're facing it by ourselves.

One of the things we love about prayer is that it reminds us we're never truly alone.

In the Book of Mormon, we read:

"Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good." — Alma 37:37

God doesn't promise that life will be easy, but He does promise that He will walk with us through it. Prayer gives us a chance to lay down our burdens, seek guidance, and find peace even when our circumstances haven't changed yet.

If you're going through a difficult season right now, know that there is hope. Jesus Christ knows you, loves you, and wants to help you.

If you'd like to learn more about prayer, faith, or how Christ can bring peace into your life, send us a message. We'd love to connect you with missionaries in your area and help however we can. ❤️

"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." John 8:12

There are moments in life where everything can feel uncertain. Where decisions feel heavy, the future feels unclear, or you’re just trying to find your way forward.
In those moments, Christ doesn’t just give advice or temporary comfort. He offers something lasting. He offers light.

Light doesn’t always remove the darkness instantly, but it changes how you move through it. It helps you see the next step. It brings peace where there was confusion. It reminds you that you are not alone in what you’re facing.

Following Christ doesn’t mean life becomes perfect, but it does mean you don’t have to walk it in darkness. We aren't alone. Christ is there for you always.

Some people will say this is just coincidence or good instincts, but millions of people worldwide call moments like this the power of the Holy Spirit. 👇🔥

The Holy Spirit is one of the three members of the Godhead and serves as a personage of spirit rather than a physical being. ✨ In The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, He is understood as a divine messenger and comforter who communicates directly with the hearts and minds of individuals. His influence is that still, small voice that speaks truth, warns of danger, and testifies of God the Father and Jesus Christ. 🕊️

Members of the Church believe the Holy Spirit can be a constant companion to those who are baptized and confirmed, giving them access to ongoing personal revelation. 🙏 This gift allows individuals to receive guidance in everyday decisions, feel peace during trials, and recognize truth when they hear it.

The promptings of the Holy Spirit are never accidents or coincidences. 🙌 He works in harmony with God's plan to protect, guide, and strengthen His children in ways that mortal understanding alone cannot achieve. Learning to recognize and act on those promptings is one of the most important spiritual skills a person of faith can develop. 👣 Learn more at comeuntochrist.org 🌐

READ THIS CAPTION!!!

‘How sad can you be?’

That’s what the world says when it sees someone sitting alone.

But what if loneliness isn’t proof that nobody loves you… what if it’s the moment God is trying to reach you the loudest?

One of the most overlooked teachings of Jesus Christ is that He intentionally sought people in their loneliest moments. Not when they were surrounded by crowds, successful, popular, or admired — but when they felt forgotten. The woman at the well came alone. The l***r stood alone. Joseph in Egypt was alone. Even the Savior Himself experienced complete abandonment so He could understand exactly how isolation feels.

In our faith, we believe something deeply personal: you are NEVER spiritually unseen. Not for one second.

There’s actually a powerful verse in the Book of Mormon where Christ says He has ‘graven thee upon the palms of my hands.’ Imagine that. A God who remembers individuals, not just nations or crowds. Names. Faces. Tears nobody else notices.

Modern culture teaches:
‘If you’re alone, something must be wrong with you.’

Jesus taught:
‘Blessed are the poor in spirit.’

Meaning sometimes the moments where we feel emotionally empty are the exact moments heaven can finally fill us.

The truth is, some of the strongest people you know eat alone sometimes. Cry alone sometimes. Pray alone sometimes. Growth is often lonely before it becomes beautiful.

If you’ve ever felt left out, forgotten, awkward, invisible, rejected, or like nobody would notice if you disappeared for a day… Jesus Christ understands that feeling perfectly. That’s why His message still changes lives 2000 years later.

You are more known than you think.
More loved than you realize.
And never as alone as the world wants you to believe.

What do you think?

Why does the world feel more stressful than ever right now? When was the last time you felt real peace?

Prices keep rising. Rent feels impossible. The news cycle never slows down. For so many people across Sydney and around the world, life feels heavier than ever. In a world full of stress, uncertainty, and noise, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

But even when the world feels chaotic, peace is still possible through Jesus Christ. Church isn’t a place for perfect people. It’s a place to rest, reconnect, and remember what matters most. No matter what life looks like right now, you are always welcome.

Come worship with us this Sunday and feel the peace that comes through Christ. Message us to find a church near you.

POV: You catch missionaries breaking into a car! 💀

Just kidding! Life is full of moments that catch us completely off guard.
And sometimes those moments remind us how much people are searching for something real.

The love of Jesus Christ is exactly that... real, constant, and available to everyone.
It’s not about being perfect or having everything figured out.
It’s about feeling peace, hope, and belonging even when life feels uncertain.

The Book of Mormon teaches, “Charity is the pure love of Christ” (Moroni 7:47).
That kind of love isn’t distant, it’s something you can actually feel and experience.

Come and see what that love feels like for yourself at church this Sunday ❤️⛪️

POV: you almost hit two missionaries and THIS happens 😭

A split second can turn into a whole argument.
Anger takes over fast. Pride gets involved. Everyone thinks they’re right.

But one thing the Book of Mormon teaches is that Jesus Christ changes the way people treat each other. Even in frustrating moments, He teaches patience, forgiveness, and love instead of hate. That’s part of why missionaries share this book all over the world, because they believe it helps people come closer to Christ and feel more peace in their everyday lives. 📖

One verse from the Book of Mormon says:
“Charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth forever.” — Moroni 7:47

The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. It works alongside the Bible to teach about His life, His gospel, and the peace He offers to everyone. Millions of people have read it and prayed to know if it’s true for themselves. 🙏

Did the ending catch you off guard or were you expecting it? 👇

Do you think some mistakes are too big to be forgiven? 👇

Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, change is real, healing is possible, and no one is ever too far gone. His sacrifice wasn’t just for sin, it was for pain, weakness, loneliness, and every quiet struggle no one else sees. He didn’t just suffer for us, He understands us perfectly ❤️ He knows what it feels like to hurt, to feel lost, and to keep going anyway.

This means you don’t have to carry things alone. Through Him, burdens can feel lighter, hope can feel closer, and starting again is always an option. The Atonement is not just something that happened, it’s something that works in your life right now 🙏 It reaches into the present, giving strength in moments when you feel like you have none left.

If you’ve ever wondered if you can truly be forgiven, strengthened, or made whole, the answer is yes. You are never beyond His reach. No mistake is too big, no effort is too small, and no one is forgotten. Come and see what His love can do for you ✨

What if 'I'm sorry' was only the beginning? 👇

Because of Jesus Christ, repentance is a path forward. Not a punishment. He helps us change, grow, and become clean through His mercy. Even small steps toward Him can lead to powerful change over time.

His grace meets us in our weakest moments and gently leads us toward something better. With His help, burdens can be lifted, hearts can be softened, and lives can be transformed.

You are never too far gone, and it is never too late. Through Christ, there is always a way back, always hope for something more, and always the opportunity to begin again with a clean heart.

No matter where you are or what your past looks like, Christ’s Atonement makes a new beginning possible. 🤍
