All are most welcome to join us at the Women’s Breakfast on Saturday, August 31 @ 9am at Chit Chat café, 147 Union Road, SH.

Cost is $26 for a yummy breakfast, and the speakers - Sally, Christine and Patricia will speak briefly about an aspect or two of their lives.

You can bring a friend, but RSVP: [email protected] by Aug 25, or add your name to the sheet in the foyer at church.

Treasures and Tastes at Trinity our community market is back on Saturday, August 17 (9am-1pm), and we very much appreciate the assistance we get from our young families in the Treasures Café. Having young legs to run cups of soup, coffee or tea to the tables is so helpful.

The market covers Craft, Food and Plants and to get a good idea of what is on offer check out the Treasures Fb at: https://www.facebook.com/TreasuresAndTastesAtTrinity

And please let others know the market is on and invite them to join you for morning tea and a chat in the Café.

On Sunday, August 18 Youth Group is at 5pm with the very appropriate theme of: Games, Games, Games. And Fr Mark already has some fun things in mind for the youth of the parish and their friends.

Please RSVP to him as per the Youth Group poster, and yes you can invite others to join the fun.

Our Family Communion Service is back this Sunday, August 4 at 9.30am, and we look at “Jesus the Healer”. For the younger children there is always a craft activity that they very much enjoy, and a preview of part of it features here with sporting colours!

We hope that you and your family can join us for the service, and then for the morning tea that follows in Trinity Hall.

It's a fun service designed for all ages and includes a craft activity for the younger children.

It’s Market Day this coming Saturday, July 20 (9am-1pm), and we’d love you to come and check out what our wonderful stallholders have been preparing for you.

Their stalls covers - Craft, Food and Plants and parishioners run the Treasures Café and the BBQ.🙂🙂🙂

You might like to join us tomorrow (Wednesday : 10am), at our special Thanksgiving and Healing service that Fr Mark will lead as part of a Eucharist.

On Sunday, July 21 Youth Group returns at 5pm with the theme: Games, Games, Games and if it’s anything like last month what Fr Mark has in mind will be loads of fun. Please RSVP to him as per the Youth Group poster.

And the previous day - Saturday, July 20 Treasures and Tastes at Trinity market is on from 9am-1pm. Natasha is expecting 40 stall holders of makers, bakers and growers in the halls and outside; the Treasures Café is inside and a great place to meet family members and friends, and the BBQ in the courtyard will be fired up.

For the men of the parish and their friends:

Coming up this Saturday, July 13 at 8.30am is the Men’s Breakfast at Chit Chat café in Union Rd. Ken James, an expert in local history including Surrey Hills, will be the speaker.

The cost is $25 and includes a yummy breakfast as seen in the poster, so do RSVP by Thursday to [email protected]

Something for you to come and enjoy at the end of the school holidays when The Wiffler Flute Ensemble and Friends present an afternoon of musical delights in the church on Sunday, July 14 at 2.30pm.

The concert is in aid of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre with tickets at the door $20.00 each.

Our weekend at HT ended with a fun Youth Group that all enjoyed.

Fr Mark had the theme of "Let’s be creative" and the program was certainly that and included a team building exercise. In this the groups had to build a bridge using tape and icy pole sticks, and then they were tested to see which one could stand the greatest load. And as Fiona said, “it was up to each group to work out which sort of bridge they built”.

Following that all enjoyed Patties party pies and rolls before going home.
