Bishopology : it would be wise for Pastors to explain to their members how God finances the work of the Lord and the Pastors’ sustenance!
There are many who are left to think that our Lord taught that ministers should have a second job as the standard! Then there are those who believe that angels come down nightly and bring money and resources to pay the Pastor’s and church ministry expenses!
These fallacies are being proclaimed by a few enemies of Christ, a few hypocrites who pretend they don’t need money and not too few ignorant saints, some working for likes on social media!
1 Corinthians 9:14
Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.
Galatians 6:6-7
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
1 Timothy 5:17-18
17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
