YOUTH WEEK OF PRAYER 2026: COMMUNION IN ACTION!

This Sabbath, we were blessed to hear from five special speakers who each explored this year’s theme, Communion in Action. From a mother, to young adults, to a young teen—and even our youngest preacher at just 9 years old—it was powerful to witness each of them step up in faith and share God’s message 🙌🏾

Their courage and passion were truly inspiring. We saw the Holy Spirit moving through every speaker, uplifting and motivating us as we step into a new week. Thank you sharing God's word with us.

We were also grateful to welcome many visitors from different denominations. Our prayer at Hillside SDA is that everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling convicted by the Holy Spirit and inspired to seek God’s Word more deeply.

God bless you all—our church family, our visitors, and especially our youth, to whom this Week of Prayer is dedicated ❤️

Today's Sabbath we welcomed our new Pastor Pr Aitui Fanene and his good lady Jacinta Fanene who has joined us here at Hillside SDA Samoan Church family. His sermon reminds us to stay united in Christ by valuing the relationship between one another and most importantly with God. Thank you Pastor. May God bless you, your ministry and our Church family in this new journey together as we continue to find unity in Christ. Happy Sabbath to all near & far.

At the table of holy communion, we pause, reflect, and realign our hearts with Christ.

A new year, a fresh start, grounded in grace, forgiveness, and faith.

As we break the bread and share the cup, we step into this year covered, committed, and confident that God goes before us.

Today’s service was full of life, love, and the sweet presence of the Holy Spirit. We were blessed to come together as one family in Christ, sharing in the sacred ordinance of Holy Communion, a powerful reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice and our unity in Him.

Hearts were filled, souls refreshed, and joy overflowed in worship and fellowship.

May we carry this spirit of love and grace into the week ahead 🤍
