This year for Mother’s Day, instead of a traditional Church service, we will be gathering around a Morning Tea. It will be a special time of connection, coffee and food. So if you are visiting, please be aware it will be a very different service.

Over the past six years, instead of doing a traditional style Good Friday services we have been doing our best to follow the Lord’s voice and what He is inviting us into to acknowledge and celebrate Jesus.

For three years, we became an official fundraiser for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday appeal and raised over $25,000 for sick kids and welcomed over 400 of the community onto our site where we ran a large carnival style event.

Over the last couple of years He has invited us to gather together over a meal and communion in a home to be with each other and remember the Lord’s broken body.

The heart is that everyone who is still in Melbourne would come along and be a part of it as The Echo Church Good Friday event.
