We were never meant to live “lone-ranger” Christian lives.

In Acts 18, Apollos was eloquent, passionate, and well-versed in Scripture yet he still had more to learn.

Two big takeaways for our spiritual walk:

1. There is always room to grow. No matter where we are in our journey, knowing God goes deeper than just knowing facts about Him. It’s a lifelong relationship.

2. Community sharpens our faith. When Priscilla and Aquila helped Apollos understand God’s way more accurately, he stayed humble and grew. We only “know in part,” so we need each other to learn, correct, and mature.

Have you ever felt lonely, even when you’re surrounded by people?

Maybe what we’re really longing for is to be truly known, not just seen on the surface, but known for who we really are.

God already knows us completely and still chooses to love us. And through COOL (Community of Love), we get to experience that love through people who walk with us and remind us we don’t have to carry life alone. 🤍

Prayer was never meant to be a solo journey.

There’s something so beautiful about coming together to pray, worship, encourage one another, and seek God as one community. 🫶

Through COOL, we’re reminded that we need each other. We get to carry one another’s burdens, pray for one another, and experience God’s presence together. ✨

Friendship with Jesus is unlike any other. It isn’t built on obligation, but on a relationship marked by reverence, trust, and love.

Psalm 25:14 reminds us that “The friendship of the Lord is for those who fear Him.” Abraham’s life shows us what that friendship looks like—walking in obedience, trusting God’s promises even when they seem impossible, and bringing our honest questions before Him.

The greatest joy of the Christian life isn’t merely knowing about Christ, but knowing Him as our Friend. Through His covenant, sealed by His own blood, He invites us into a deeper relationship with Him.

“Blessed are those who call Him friend, and those who are called His friends.”
