What a wonderful day we shared last Sunday! 🌸

Our combined service brought people together from across the parish for a wonderful morning of worship, connection, and fellowship.

The roast lunch afterwards was a fantastic success! A huge thank you to the lovely ladies who blessed us with their incredible cooking, and to everyone who helped organise the day.

On Sunday, Stephen preached the final sermon in our series through Genesis from chapters 48-50, bringing our journey through the story of Jacob and Joseph to a close. He reflected on God’s faithfulness, how this story points us to Jesus, and how God continues to unfold his good plans in his perfect timing.

Series on Genesis

We begin part three of our journey through Genesis from chapter 37, which is also the beginning of the story of Joseph. In this chapter, we learn about Joseph's place within his own family, and the tensions that were present. Stephen preaches about the wisdom that young Joseph could've shown, but even when this don't go as expected, God remained with him.

A beautiful afternoon was recently shared by the women of the church at the Girls in Grace Fika.

Fika: A deliberate pause… with a sweet treat while appreciating the good things in life such as coffee and cake with friends.

It was a special time to spend together, sharing, laughing, and celebrating the everyday blessings God has given us.

Thank you to everyone who attended, to the team who organised the gathering, and to those who brought some delicious goodies to share. Your presence and contributions made the afternoon truly memorable.
