Throughout Scripture, anointing oil was used to consecrate kings, priests, prophets, and sacred objects for GOD's purposes. But the oil itself was never the focus—it pointed to something far greater: the presence, power, and empowering work of the Holy Spirit.

Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor..."

Come expecting to be encouraged, inspired, and challenged as we explore what it means to walk in GOD's anointing and live a life set apart for HIS purposes.

🌱 Building the House of GOD, One Plant at a Time 🌱

One of the things we love about our church family is seeing people use their gifts, talents, and passions to make a difference.

Recently, Lydia, one of our wonderful Life Group Leaders, put her hand up to support our Building Fund in a unique and heartfelt way. Using her love for gardening, she donated a variety of beautiful plants and seedlings, inviting people to make a donation towards the Building Fund in exchange for a plant.

What touched us most wasn't simply the plants—it was the heart behind them.

Lydia is a wonderful example of someone asking, "What do I have in my hand that GOD can use?"

Whether it's gardening, serving, encouraging, giving, praying, or helping behind the scenes, every contribution matters when we work together to build GOD's Kingdom.

Thank you, Lydia, for your generosity, creativity, and servant-hearted example. 💚

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of GOD's grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10

🚴‍♀️Cycle for Hope 2026 🚴‍♂️

What an incredible day we had on Saturday, 30 May, as members of our CLEAR Ministries family participated in the Cycle for Hope Charity Ride!

Cycle for Hope is an annual fundraising event supporting school chaplaincy across Far North Queensland. The funds raised help chaplains continue providing care, encouragement, support, and hope to students, families, and school communities facing life's many challenges.

We were blessed to have several members of our church riding in the event, while others volunteered behind the scenes, provided support, and helped make the day a success. As a church, we were also honoured to be one of the event sponsors.

From the climb up the Kuranda Range to the beautiful Tablelands scenery, plenty of laughter, encouragement, teamwork, and memorable moments were shared along the way. Most importantly, every kilometre ridden helped make a difference in the lives of young people across our region.

A huge congratulations to everyone who participated, volunteered, supported, sponsored, prayed, and cheered from the sidelines. We are so proud of our CLEAR Ministries team and grateful for the opportunity to partner with such a worthwhile cause.

A special thank you to SU Chaplaincy, the organisers, volunteers, sponsors, riders, and supporters who made this event possible. Your commitment helps bring hope, care, and encouragement to countless young people throughout our region.

Together, we are helping bring hope to the next generation. 💙

Sending Bianca with Our Love and Prayers

On Sunday, we had the privilege of praying over Bianca as she prepares to head to Arnhem Land with MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) to serve in a children's ministry program.

Bianca will be ministering to children from families serving in remote communities, sharing the love of JESUS through teaching, encouragement, and practical care. What a wonderful opportunity to be a blessing to those serving faithfully in isolated areas.

As a church family, we gathered around Bianca, laid hands on her, and prayed for GOD's protection, guidance, strength, and anointing as she steps into this mission opportunity.

We are so proud of Bianca's servant heart and willingness to say "yes" to GOD's call. Thank you to our church family for partnering with us in supporting and sending her.

Please continue to keep Bianca, the MAF team, and the families they will be ministering to in your prayers.

On Sunday, Karen Boyd shared some beautiful feedback from our National Day of Prayer Australia.

A beautiful atmosphere was created as brothers and sisters gathered in prayer, communion, encouragement, and ministry to one another. There were meaningful conversations, heartfelt prayers for our leaders and nation, and powerful testimonies shared throughout the day.

We were honoured to join with thousands of believers across Australia for the National Day of Prayer, standing united in faith and believing for GOD to move powerfully across our nation.

One thing became so clear again — the hope of Australia is not found in politics or in man, but in the LORD JESUS CHRIST alone. Our prayer is that hearts across this nation would turn to HIM and that the Gospel would continue to go forth with boldness, truth, and love. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who participated, prayed from home, or popped into the church throughout the day. Even with only a few photos captured early in the day, they reflect the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere prepared for people to come and seek the LORD together.
