Christianity asks of its disciples to consider a very difficult and costly exercise. To love your neighbour as yourself.
Paul tells us in Romans that the law and grace are held in tension and in this paradox, the law is fulfilled in love.
Love costs us AND fills us.
It is a costly call to be a Christian - but it is worth it.
