These days it seems lots of ideas and philosophies are being thrown around as pro, or anti-Christian, and as biblical or unbiblical. “The Bible says this,” says one pundit, “But Jesus never even mentioned that,” says another.

So what did Jesus actually teach?

Join us Sunday mornings as we teach through Jesus’ greatest collection of teachings, that we now call the Sermon on the Mount. We’ll go through each piece Matthew chapters 5-7 and learn what it means and how we can apply in our lives in 21st century Australia.

Join us 9am each Sunday as we learn together.

A big thanks to everyone who helped us celebrate Pentecost yesterday. Four congregations with four different languages and cultures, all celebrating the Holy Spirit together. What an amazing morning.

Everyone is invited to join us in celebrating the festival of Pentecost, when Christians celebrate the empowering of the first church with Holy Spirit. Christians from all over the world are gathering to celebrate, including the Queensland Tamil Church, the Samoan Assembly of God and the Better Covenant Evangelist Church from South Sudan. Join us for a multicultural, multilingual all inclusive celebration of God's blessing on all people.

Or just join us for the mother of all fellowship lunches afterward.

We’re thrilled to announce a new after-school activity for primary school-aged children and their parents. Come along to a free weekly Lego club. Your kids can enjoy building whatever their imaginations can create while you enjoy a cuppa and a snack with other local parents.
We’re predominantly catering for families of primary-school aged kids, but older and younger siblings are welcome to come along.
Our first gathering will be Friday the first of May at Sherwood Uniting Church. 3:15-4:30pm. All are welcome. See you there.
