We got Ps Jeremy Steel Jeremy Steel with us for all services this weekend, including tonight!! 🔥 He serves as Lead Pastor of Christian Family Centre Lefevre and is part of our CFC Churches Board. He’s also just got back from a ministry outreach trip into Central Australia and you will be inspired hearing how Jesus in on the move in Indigenous communities and in the NT & NPY lands 🙏🏽🙏🏻🙏🏿. We can’t wait to see you this Sunday! We are finishing up our The Shepherd With Me message series, and are thrilled to have Ps Tim Lochens joining us! Tim, Niki and family were with us at Seaton for many years before stepping out with a team to plant CFC South. Tim now serves as Executive Pastor at Hope Central, which, along with CFC is part of our CRC denominational family. With a passionate love for Jesus and great heart for people, Ps Tim is a powerful minister of God’s Word 🔥 and a dear friend! He’s also one of the kindest people you will meet!
Who can you bring with you this Sunday night as we gather to lift Jesus up? We’ve got dinner afterwards with proceeds going to missions plus YA kick ons back at the Tarasenko home form 8:30pm!!

Heyyyy! All throughout June we’ve been loving our Winter Warmers. We’ll tonight it’s the one you’ve been waiting for. Back by popular demand we got Lev & team’s Smashed Burgers 🍔 happening. Best of all, we get to gather and lift up Jesus together!

Tonight! We got Ps Bill bringing a powerful Word from Jesus 🙌. Our Youth Bake Sale is also happening - as we raise funds for youth camp rego fees for young people who otherwise could not attend (unless all the baked goods are sold out by popular demand in our morning services). Nick & team are prepping a delicious dinner👌🏽then the boys are cooking up S’Mores - chocolatey, marshmallowey goodness - for dessert!! We can’t wait to see you 🥳

Recap Sunday 5:30 (June 14) 📢 😊

Ps Rach reminded us how important it is to Jesus that his followers are being daily formed to be more like him. This requires vulnerability - asking the Lord to reveal to us what’s really going on on our hearts. Learning to identify and keep surrendering the root causes of our impatience, unkindness or avoidance of doing good, to Jesus - is when genuine growth starts to take place. And this practice is not a one time thing. Experiencing Jesus’ ongoing kindness and breathtaking grace towards us is something we never graduate from! With his Sprit helping us, we can respond more like he would respond. Little by little. Day by day. More of Jesus; less of us!

Remember, it’s because Jesus is so kind to us and because His Spirit lives in us, that we can actually surrender our thinking, our self-driven agenda, attitudes and reactions, to him.
