Dear Fr Christopher, Thomas and Fran,

On behalf of JRS, I wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the North Sydney Parish community for the extremely generous response to our blanket appeal. These blankets will go a long way in supporting refugees and people seeking asylum that are facing the cold this winter without basic material comforts.

I have attached a thank you note that I hope you can circulate among your community.

I would also love for you to join us to celebrate Refugee Week 2026! This year, leaders and artists from JRS Australia's Refugee Leadership Program will be exhibiting artwork and stories on this year's Refugee Week theme ‘A Million Stories'. It will be an evening of art, music, and storytelling.
