Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, grandads and father figures! 👏

Today we celebrate the men who love, guide, encourage and cheer on the next generation. Thank you for the many ways you show up, make memories, and help children grow.

A special shoutout to the incredible dads on the Lighthouse Kids team who faithfully give their time each Sunday to serve, lead and invest in the lives of others. Your example, encouragement and heart to share Jesus with others makes such a difference.

🏆 GAME CHANGERS CHAMPIONS 🏆

Throughout June & July, UpSt have been learning what it means to be GAME CHANGERS in their community.

Our Year 3 & 4 YELLOW INFERNO 🔥 earned the most points and took out the Game Changers Championship!

Points were earned for showing kindness & Jesus’ love, being great friends, memorising their monthly Scripture verse, bringing friends along, working together to smash out team challenges, dressing up and cheering on their team! 🤗

And the champions’ reward? MACCAS FRIES PARTY! 🍟 + a special prize from the gift box! 🎁

CONGRATULATIONS YELLOW INFERNO! 🔥

Now let’s keep being GAME CHANGERS showing Jesus’ love and making a difference in our community! 💛

💙 This month in Parklands we’re learning: God is always with me!

This Sunday, we learned how God was with Baby Moses, protecting and caring for him every step of the way. What an amazing reminder that God is with us too!

🏡 Keep the conversation going at home:
✨ Who did God give to take care of baby Moses?
✨ Who takes care of you?
✨ Who is always with me? (God is always with me!)

Take a few moments this week to read the memory verse together and pray as a family, reminding your child that God is always with them. 🥰

🏆 What a way to finish our Game Changers Series!

Congratulations to the Year 3&4 - Yellow Inferno team for taking out the 2026 Game Changers title 🔥We’ll be celebrating with our champions this Sunday as they receive their prize.

It was also a special week in Parklands as we wrapped up our God Cares For Me series, reminding the little ones that God loves them, cares for them, and is always with them. 💛

We love seeing children grow in faith, build friendships, and have so much fun together each Sunday. Thank you to every family who makes Lighthouse Kids so special.

We hope you’ve all had a wonderful first week back at school!

Whether it was full of excitement, new routines, or a few tired mornings, we’re praying this term is filled with joy, adventures and God’s peace for every child and family 🙏

We absolutely loved spending last Sunday with you at Holiday Highlights! From bouncing on the jumping castles to exploring and creating, seeing so many smiling faces made our day. 🏰

🫶 Today (July 5): Lighthouse Kids is taking a short break as we join our families in Big Church for worship and the Word. Bring along a favourite toy, colouring, or a quiet activity we’d love to worship together as one church family.

😎 Next Sunday (July 12): Holiday Highlights is here! Get ready for games, worship, Bible stories, movement, and plenty of fun as we wrap up the school holidays together.
