This weeks Message:
“I Will Make a New Covenant”
The Promise of Jeremiah 31:31–34
• Primary Text: Jeremiah 31:31–34 NKJV
• New Testament Exposition: Hebrews 8:6–13; 9:11–15; 10:14–18
• Supporting Texts: Ezekiel 36:22–28; Luke 22:20; 2 Corinthians 3:3–6; Romans 11:25–29

In the midst of Israel's covenant failure, God promised that the days were coming when He Himself would establish a New Covenant—not merely commanding His people externally, but working within them, bringing them into personal relationship with Himself, dealing decisively with their sin, and accomplishing through Jesus Christ what the former covenant could never bring to completion.

This weeks Message:
Hebrews 8:7–13 — Movement Two
A Better Covenant Promised
“Behold, the days are coming…”

• Primary Text: Hebrews 8:7–13 — NKJV
• Technical Reference: NASB
• Old Testament Foundation: Jeremiah 31:31–34
The failure of the first covenant was not a failure in God or His holy Law, but exposed the inability and unfaithfulness of sinful humanity; therefore, God Himself promised a New Covenant in which He would act decisively—writing His law upon the heart, bringing His people into personal knowledge of Himself, and remembering their sins no more. Jesus Christ is the Mediator through whom that promised covenant becomes reality.

We Have SUCH A High Priest
“Seated at the Right Hand of the Majesty in the Heavens”
Primary Text: Hebrews 8:1-6 — NKJV
The great conclusion of everything Hebrews has revealed thus far is not merely that we have a better priesthood, but that “we have such a High Priest”—Jesus Christ, the exalted Son, seated at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven, ministering for us in the true sanctuary, and Mediator of a better covenant established upon better promises.

A Better Priesthood — A Better Hope
“Through which we draw near to God”
Primary Text: Hebrews 7:11–19 — NKJV

What the Law could reveal but could never accomplish, God has accomplished in His Son: Jesus Christ, our eternal Priest, has brought us a better hope through which sinful people may truly draw near to the Holy God.

15/08/2026

Facing overwhelming circumstances, the writer of Hebrews addresses desperation. The answer isn't just to endure, but to actively consider Jesus and persevere in the race set before us.

14/08/2026

Exhausted by persecution, suffering, doubt, grief, temptation, or even death? The Holy Spirit's message is consistent: 'Consider Jesus.' He is our great high priest, always guiding us back.

13/08/2026

Our anchor of hope is cast into the eternal presence of glory, where Christ has opened the way for us by faith. Come with humility, reverence, and holy fear, for our hope is secured behind the veil, in the presence of Christ Himself.
