20년 동안 GLO Ministries “Englishas a Second Language” (ESL) Training는 저렴한 가격, 언제나 영어를 사용할 수 있는 대화의 장을 마련해 주는 친절한 스탭진으로 그 명성을 알려왔습니다. GLO college of Ministries ESL training 프로그램은 전체적으로 이론적인 수업과 영어의 실질적인 부분뿐 만 아니라 호주의 문화와 역사를 소개

함으로서 언어와 문화를 함께 습득할 수 있도록 개발 되어 있습니다.
마지막으로 GLO College of Ministries conducts its ESL Training은 성경적인 접근을 통해 건전하고, 영적인 양육 뿐만 아니라 선교적인 마인드를 키울 수 있는 부수적인 프로그램들을 학생들에게 제공합니다.

"God said “Come to GLO.” I obeyed. Every Korean man must serve in the army, so after this course I have to do that. I want to go quickly, so my plan is that I’m going to go back to Korea to serve in the army, and I will apply for KATUSA (Korean army working together with the USA army). After that I will be back to GLO. I like to play soccer and exercise as well as watch movies."

Yesterday the CrossTalk students went for an impromptu visit to Lennox Bridge in Glenbrook. They enjoyed happy times in the freshness of the forest and raced leaf boats down a stream.

"I went on a mission trip to Nepal and I felt the need for language there, so I can use it meaningfully when I do missionary work later.

After this course, I will go to the gym and reinforce my knee. I like every sport and I like dancing."

"I decided to come to GLO CrossTalk to study English and God. I felt that I wanted to have some time with God without any worldly concerns. I’m going to join the CrossConnect course after this course, with my husband, Ian (if the Lord allows).

My favourite foods are Kalguksu and Samgyeopsal – Korean foods. I really enjoy walking and riding my bike. I want to try cycling in the beautiful parks in Australia with my husband!"

"I’ve always wanted to expand my horizons by experiencing different cultures and see how churches operate abroad. So when an elder from my church recommended I come to GLO, it appealed to me. Specifically, I really want to see how God is working here in Australia.
I’m planning to start the CrossConnect program next year. I really want to deepen my understanding of the Bible and learn practical skills to serve God better. Then, I’ll go back to Korea and use what I’ve learned to serve God and my church.

"I enjoy communicating with people and having diverse experiences. Language is a tool for communication, and English can broaden the ways we communicate. So I just want to learn English as I use it as a tool for communication, not for exams.
After the course I will return to Korea, graduate from university and become a nurse with the heart of Jesus (I hope…) I came to Australia even though I have a fear of birds. Now, there is nothing I am afraid of! Come at me, world!"
