Anchored Young Adults is a Ministry of Church by the Bay. Anchored seeks to create community for young people aged 14 and above on the Bellarine.

Anchored Young Adults is an intentional community for young adults from year 7 and up. We Aim to create a safe space where you as the upcoming generation can come and hang out with a community that is built by young people for young people to be bold, creative, challenged and supported. Anchored is a place where together we can grow and become the young people we are meant to be and its a place wh

ere together we can make a difference to not only change ourselves but to change the world around us by being steadfast in who we truly are. Hey everyone, unfortunately we are cancelling youth this Friday night. Due to the recent concerns with the virus, we would like to do our part to keep the virus down and help the community as much as possible; therefore, we are suspending our usual youth group activities until further notice. However, this does not mean that we are stopping all activities. Monday night bible study will be going ahead in a different format (more information to come later) and we would also like to find constructive ways that we as a youth group can support the community through this time.
Tomorrow night our youth leaders are attending a meeting to find out ways in which we can support others in the community and we will be looking to come up with some constructive and safe activities for us to do to benefit the community.
We will let you know what is going on when we work it out. We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time.

Hey guys! This Friday is Geelong United! We are meeting at Drysdale train station at 6pm and we should be finished and back at the train station at approx 10:30pm for pick up by parents. Cost is $5 plus money for maccas. Please let us know if you are coming by Thursday as we are limited with how many people we can take due to transport. All people wanting to come must make sure they bring their general permission slip and their travel permission slip. Otherwise we cannot take you. If you need a new one could you please contact Xander asap on Facebook or email him at [email protected]. It’s gonna be a great night, cant wait to see you all there!

Hey everyone! This week at youth we are going to Collendina beach to play some beach games. Cost is $5. Meet us at Drysdale train station at 6pm and we shall make our way to the beach together. We will be back at the train station by 9pm for pick up by parents. We will be doing a maccas run on the way home so bring extra cash for maccas. Can't wait to see you all there for a great nigh!!
