It is with sadness that we share the passing of John McPherson Watson, a much-loved member of our church family. While we grieve the loss of John, we do so with the hope we have in the promise of Jesus’ soon return, when we will be reunited again.

Our thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences are with the Watson family during this time of loss.

We warmly invite our church family and friends to attend the Memorial Service for John McPherson Watson, to be held at Port Macquarie SDA Church on Friday 13th March at 11am, followed by a short gathering in the Fellowship Room.

May God’s peace and comfort be with all who mourn.

“He Made A Way” is a 10-part series that explores the beauty and meaning woven into the tabernacle, sanctuary, and temple—and reveals how every detail points to Jesus. Together, we’ll discover how Jesus made a way for us to be restored into the dwelling place of God’s presence, why He is the only way, and how that way remains open and accessible to us today.

In Loving Memory of Elaine Donaldson

We share with sadness the passing of Elaine Donaldson, a long-standing and much-loved member of our church community. Elaine was a woman of quiet faith, kindness and grace, and her presence among us will be deeply missed.

We extend our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the entire Donaldson family during this time of loss. May you feel God’s comfort, peace and nearness as you grieve, and may the hope we have in Christ bring strength in the days ahead.

at Grassy Head Beach, 7:30am the same morning.

A huge thankyou to all providing food to assist as we gather to celebrate Simon’s life on Wednesday. For those planning to attend the service please drop off your food contribution at the Stuart's Point kitchen upon arrival. If unable to attend please drop off at PMA church between 4 and 5pm Tuesday afternoon. We ask for finger food and suggest you use disposable containers/platters. This will assist with clean up.

So much appreciation for all contributing.

Our church family has been deeply shaken this week by the tragic loss of Simon Martin; loving husband to Ineka and devoted father to Dakoda, Sonny, Ryder, and Blaise. Son of Steve and Chris Martin, brother of Nikki and Katie, and son-in-law to Rosalie and Carl Needham.

We extend our heartfelt love to Simon’s family and friends, holding you in our collective arms and lifting you in prayer for strength and comfort during this incredibly difficult time.

Simon’s contribution to our church over many years, through numerous roles, was invaluable. His kind smile, gentle nature, and genuine care and guidance will be greatly missed.

To all who are suffering heartache and pain, we cling to God’s promise:

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
Revelation 21:4
