The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the crowning event in God's redemptive story! The resurrection is the cornerstone of Christianity… It is the foundation of our Gospel message… It is the guaranty to our hope of eternity in heaven.

It is THE MAIN EVENT in Christianity… it is so important that the greatest attacks against Christianity is pointed at this truth. The enemy knows that the greatest way to invalidate Christianity, is to invalidate the resurrection. This is why the apostle Paul said this to the Corinthian Church, he wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:16-20, "And IF THERE IS NO RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD, then Christ has not been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then (1)your faith is useless and (2)you are still guilty of your sins. In that case, (3)all who have died believing in Christ are lost! And if our hope in this life is only in Christ, (4)we are more pitiful than anyone in this world. But in fact, Christ has been raised from the dead!"

But even if that would be the case, what do all the other religions in the world can offer to replace what Jesus Christ is offering to the world?! What is their solution on this HIGH-STAKE/HIGH-REWARD situation for all mankind?!

In all the world religion except for Christianity, you have to pay to gain your salvation! And that is the distinction to Christianity against all the other religions in the world; In world religions, you have to build your own stairway to heaven... In Buddhism, you pay by self-cleansing or getting rid yourself of all self-pleasure. In Hinduism, you pay by self-redemption through the karmic cycle. In Islam, you pay by self-sacrifice, In many other religion, you pay by self-merit until your good works outweigh your bad works.

YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY!!! IT'S ALL UP TO YOU!!! And yet, we know that no man can possibly save himself… for we all have fallen short of the God's standard of good. Therefore we are saved ONLY BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH, as the scriptures declared; and it is not of your good works lest anyone should boast. (Eph.2:8-9)

Jesus tried to prepare his disciples for this earth-shaking/life-shocking event. He went on lengths on helping them understand what was written about him on the scriptures. He even gave them his parting words that promised ensured victory when he spoke in past tense in John 16:33, "Take heart, I have overcome the world!"

Do you think that would have been enough?! D you think that should have strengthened and prepared the disciples for the crucifixion event?! NO UNFORTUNATELY! WE READ HOW MOST OF THE DISCIPLES WEPT, DEVASTATED AND WERE DISPERSED RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES!

Similarly, we find ourselves in the same situations in life, in the mix of emotions -- both tearing and trusting in a difficult situation. But what is it really that is in our tears? Aside from the complex mixture of water, electrolytes, proteins, and lipids which is essential for maintaining eye health… I often wonder if there is something more than the physical aspect of it, as they seem to be connected with strong emotions that we deeply feel. I wonder if maybe parts of our soul is poured out with it when we pour our emotions out in tears.

Whatever is the deeper explanation, I know that tears are not just water therefore they're not nothing! When you saw someone in tears and you asked them why, and their answer is "It's nothing"... I'm sure it's not nothing because, "God collects our tears in the bottle and keep track of our sorrows!" (Psalms 56:8) Like this psalm writer who said, "My tears have been my food day and night!" (Psalms 42:3)

I don't know why God collect our tears in a bottle (so to speak), but that tells me that they are important to God. He even gave a promise in Psalms 126:5, "Those who sow in tears shall reap a harvest of joy."

Palm Sunday is the day we celebrate every year as Jesus' triumphant entrance in Jerusalem and in the Temple. Palm branches have significant symbolism and historical importance in the biblical story representing Jesus Christ's victory and triumph. The apostle John recorded it in the Gospel that the crowd took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him crying out, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!" (John 12:13)

It is significant on Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem, because the event is celebrated by a massive crowd waving palm branches in recognition of Jesus as King. It highlights the anticipation of deliverance and the establishment of God's kingdom. The bible declares in Luke 19 that Jesus triumphantly entered in Jerusalem like a King who has conquered the land.

Although, it was not a physical conquest; it was a spiritual conquest nonetheless in the heavenly realms! And it was indeed a declaration that our Conquering King has arrived! It signalled the greatest threat to kingdom of darkness that The Slayer of Death is here (so to speak)!… And that the day of reckoning is coming very soon!... Which reminds the enemies of our soul that The Devil's Doom's Day is getting near!

If the Power of Truth is like turning the light switch on; the Power of Praise is like turning your thermostat on!… Because when you turn your “PRAISE THE LORD” attitude on, you are setting the temperature of your home/workplace/mind-space by THE POWER OF YOUR PRAISE. Yes, praise has the power to alter the atmosphere that surrounds you!

Some days your mouth speaks worry before you even realize it. You wake up and your mind starts listing problems. You start thinking about money, responsibilities, health, family, future plans, and things you cannot control. But today you can choose to put praise on your lips and see how your day goes. This may sound cliche, but you have to know it... there is power in your praise!

Psalms 145 NIV (A psalm of praise. Of David)
1 I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name forever and ever.
2 Every day I will praise you and extol your name forever and ever.
3 GREAT is the LORD and most worthy of praise!!!

If the Power of Truth is like turning the light switch on; the Power of Praise is like turning your thermostat on!… Because when you turn your “PRAISE THE LO...

How do you break spiritual strongholds in your life, by the power and authority of God's Word? Here's a spiritual principle, behind every spiritual stronghold or demonic bo***ge is a lie of the devil. Lies are poisoned words/thoughts that were spoken against you to poison your mind and influence your life. That's the end game, the enemy wants you to perish with Him.

Do you notice how God's promise is reversed by the enemy when you believe his lies? THAT IS HOW POWERFUL YOUR FAITH IS!… Whatever you believe in, can change/alter the trajectory of your life, whether for good or bad.

This is why we often hear that the spiritual battle starts in the mind. It starts by hearing words or receiving thoughts, which you have to filter and discern, whether it is from Jesus or the devil. BECAUSE LIES CANNOT BECOME A STRONGHOLD UNTIL YOU BELIEVE IN IT!

2Corinthians 10:3-5 TPT,
3 For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims.
4 Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide.
5 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.

How do you break spiritual strongholds in your life, by the power and authority of God's Word? Here's a spiritual principle, behind every spiritual stronghol...

The Church is heaven's representative of Christ's authority on earth. It is part of our calling to influence the nations of the world by this authority that Christ won back at the cross. The Kingdom of God on earth is therefore established by restoring dominion in the church; not through church domination of our society, but by the power of the gospel of Christ for salvation.
Psalms 8:5-6 says, " 5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels, yet You have crowned him with glory and honor. 6 You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet."

1. Adam was given dominion.
Genesis 1:26–28 explicitly states that God gave humanity dominion over the earth, including “every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
2. The Serpent deceived Adam and Eve.
Genesis 3 describes the serpent’s deception, Adam and Eve lost their "scepter of dominion" to the serpent, and their the fall introduces sin, death, and a curse on humanity.
3. Adam lost dominion, and the serpent (Satan) took advantage of it.

After the fall, the New Testament repeatedly calls Satan:
• “the ruler of this world” (John 12:31; 14:30; 16:11)
• “the god of this age” (2 Corinthians 4:4)
• “the prince of the power of the air” (Ephesians 2:2)
These titles imply a shift in authority structure. BUT JESUS CHRIST DIED AND RESURRECTED FROM THE CROSS, JESUS CHRIST TOOK BACK THIS AUTHORITY WHICH ORIGINALLY MEANT FOR GOD'S PEOPLE TO HAVE DOMINION ON EARTH!

Colossians 2:13-15, "13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14 having cancelled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
This verses tell us that through Christ, DOMINION AND AUTHORITY IS RESTORED!

The Church is heaven's representative of Christ's authority on earth. It is part of our calling to influence the nations of the world by this authority that ...

Fruits in the Bible in general are multi-faceted spiritual reality as by-product of abiding in God. Our Lord Jesus is talking about fruits that are direct products of our ABIDING IN PRAYER. John 15:7-8;16, "If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you."

Let me share to you the fruits Jesus was talking about here as direct products of abiding with Him in prayer:
1. First is Our Personal Salvation, v.6 talks about, "not being cast out as a branch and thrown into the fire to be burned."
2. Knowing God's Words, "My Words abides in you" (v.7a)
3. Answered Prayer, "ask what you desire and it shall be done for you" (v.7b)
4. Being A Real Disciples, "you will be My disciples" (v.8)
5. Knowing God's Love, "I also have loved you" (v.9)… you will abide in My love (v.10)
6. Friendship with God, "You are My friends" (v.14) and "all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." (v.15)
7. Answered Prayer (again), "whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you." (v.16)

John 15:7-8;16, "If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, th...

Jesus gave us the key on HOW TO ABIDE IN HIS LOVE. But we have to follow the logical progression of his words in an acrostic form, in order that we can understand what he was trying to get across:
John 15:9-10, "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commands and remain in his love."
THE PREMISE
1. As the Father has LOVED ME
2. So I have LOVED YOU
3. Now remain IN MY LOVE
THE PROMISE
1. You will remain in my love
2. If you keep my commands
3. As I have kept my Father's commands

God Our Father is the Source of all love, which Jesus himself received. Jesus showed to us the Father's love by his life's example, and then Jesus commanded us to DO THE SAME. The result of that in our lives is… WE WILL ABIDE IN HIS LOVE.

John 15:9-10, "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have ke...

Abiding in Christ means staying committed in a loving relationship with Jesus, "You in Me and I in You". It means that there is a spiritual union that happens between God and the person who is JOINED to Jesus Christ… 1Corithians 6:17, "He who is joined to the Lord is One spirit with Him."

On the premise that you (as The Branches) are abiding in Christ… attached to Jesus Christ who is The Vine; God's will and plan in your life (as The Gardener) is to help you bear fruit, and have fruit in abundance. God is committed to your fruitfulness! And to ensure your fruitfulness, God administers (Katharsis in Greek), which is an act of cleansing… purifying… or PRUNNING.

Listen to the words of Jesus Christ that has the power to dispel and destroy the lies that plagues your mind off of self-condemnation self-affliction, Jesus said in John 15:2 TPT, "He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest."

So when the devil tells you that you are a dirty/rotten sinner… that you are not worthy of God's love… that you are far too gone! Break the power of those word curses OFF OF YOUR MIND, right now, by the authority of the Words of Jesus Christ!

Abiding in Christ means staying committed in a loving relationship with Jesus, "You in Me and I in You". It means that there is a spiritual union that happen...
