H U G S !
National Hug Day is tomorrow! If you didn't know, in the words of Bill Nye, "Now you know!".
The science behind hugs is that they boost the oxytosin (happieness) hormone, which leaves you feeling more healthier and happier. Just one side hug could help reduce fear, reduce pain, and boost the health of a close friend or family member. It also can help your communication too. So maybe for those struggling it can be an open door to a new chapter...
A few hugs a day, can quite literally, keep the doctor away!...
