Even the darkest season doesn’t last forever when Christ is with you.

Sometimes we can’t see what God is doing. We pray, we wait, we struggle, and it can feel like the night will never end.

But Jesus meets us there too.

His love brings light into fear, hope into uncertainty, peace into the heart, and reminds us that darkness never has the final word.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

Tonight at Living Faith Youth, we explored the Holy Divine Liturgy and learned more about the sacred things we see and use in church — what they are, what they symbolise, and why they matter.

From the censer and incense to the liturgical vessels and vestments, it was a beautiful opportunity to look beyond what we simply see during the Liturgy and understand the meaning behind it.

Thank you to everyone who joined us tonight, asked questions, and shared in the conversation. ❤️

The more we understand our faith, the more deeply we can live it.

Behind every successful ministry is a team of people who serve with love.

As we celebrated the first anniversary of Living Faith, we also took a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our youth leaders.

Thank you for your countless hours of planning, preparing, encouraging, organising, and serving with joy. Your dedication, commitment, and love for Christ and His Church have helped Living Faith become a place where young people can grow in faith, build friendships, and feel at home.

These certificates are only a small token of our appreciation. The true reward for every act of service comes from God, who sees every sacrifice made with love.

May the Lord continue to strengthen, guide, and bless each of you as you inspire others to walk the path of Christ.

What an unforgettable evening!

Our Living Faith 1st Birthday Celebration was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the beautiful decorations, delicious food and cake, to the laughter, fellowship, dancing, and the wonderful memories we made together—it was truly a night to remember.

Looking around the room and seeing so many smiling faces reminded us that Living Faith is much more than a youth group. We are becoming a family united in Christ, growing together in faith, friendship, and love.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came, helped organise, decorate, prepare food, clean up, take photos, and make the evening so special. Your love, generosity, and willingness to serve made this celebration possible.

Above all, we thank God for blessing our first year and guiding every step of this journey. We pray that this is only the beginning of many more years of faith, fellowship, and serving Him together.

Here’s to many more memories together!

One year ago, Living Faith began with a simple hope: to create a place where young people could grow closer to Christ and one another.

Tonight, as we celebrated our first anniversary, Fr. Stojan reminded us that this journey has never just been about activities or events. It has always been about building a family in Christ.

We thank God for every young person, every leader, every parent and every supporter who has been part of this first year.

May the Lord continue to guide Living Faith for many years to come.
