Janelle shared a powerful story of finding her worth in a life that had modelled the opposite.
Hazel followed with insights on how our inner life shows up on the outside: in the way we care for ourselves & our surroundings.

What's happening in you will show up on the outside eventually…stress, pain, rejection, and tiredness mess with your mood, health, closeness, and confidence. Healing, peace, and new thinking do the opposite — they show up as strength, calm, joy, and dignity.

Everything we carry inside — peace, pain, joy, stress, healing, insecurity, bitterness — surfaces somehow. In body language. In choices. In relationships. In habits.
You can cover pain with makeup. Conceal stress with a smile. Mask exhaustion with busyness. But in the end, the inner life speaks.
Your body speaks. Your emotions speak. Your relationships speak. Your confidence speaks.
Heal, and it shows. Neglect, and that shows too.

💥Create peace at home
You don't need a perfect house or a perfect life. Just small, intentional steps.
Be gentle with yourself. Start where you are. Take action. Take care of your heart and your home.
No matter how tired you are, you are still important. You are more valuable than rubies.
A Proverbs 31 woman doesn't just build her life. She strengthens her husband.

Why? Because who she is behind the scenes shows up in his life in public.
