Today, during the Holy Mass for the Feast of Mary, Mother of God, we joyfully witnessed the Rugadzo of women who answered God’s call by choosing to join the Mothers’ Union.

Having been accepted into the Mothers’ Union, they proudly wore the Anglican blue, white and black colours. An outward sign of their commitment to Christian faith, service, fellowship and the strengthening of families.

Like Isaiah, they have responded: “Here I am. Send me!”

We warmly welcome and congratulate our new Mothers’ Union members. May God guide and strengthen them as they begin this new journey of faith and service.
