On Sunday 16 August we will welcome Bishop Hans to the 8am service. Please join us to celebrate 36 years since the final stage of the Worship Centre was opened by Archbishop Peter Carnley.

Bishop Hans will bless the Uthando dolls that are ready to begin their journey to KwaZulu-Natal. There will be at least 100 of these handmade dolls looking for someone to share a seat with them during the service.

Bishop Hans will also bless the purple bench that is now outside the front of the church.

Save the date: Sunday 9 August, 5 pm at St Hilda's Anglican Church, North Perth, when St Hilda's will launch their monthly Choral Evensong.
The choir will sing Stanford in B-flat, Wood's magnificent O Thou, the Central Orb, and Psalm 8, with Father Steve Hilton as cantor and preacher.
Admission is free. Everyone is warmly welcome.

This ANZAC Day, as we remember all those who have served and serve currently in our defence forces, we also hold in our prayers those people around the world currently impacted by the horrors of war and conflict.

Let us pray.

O God, our ruler and guide,
in whose hands are the destinies of this and every nation,
we give you thanks for the freedoms we enjoy in this land
and for those who laid down their lives to defend them:
We pray that we and all the people of Australia,
gratefully remembering their courage and their sacrifice,
may have grace to live in a spirit of justice,
of generosity, and of peace;
through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.

Today we celebrated Easter Day. Thank you to all our volunteers for helping to make this special season a great celebration of our faith.

Together with our sister parish at Anglican Parish of Scarborough we said goodbye to our Assistant Priest, Steven Hilton.

He leaves us to take up the post of Parish Priest of North Perth at St Hilda's Church North Perth.

May the Risen Lord bless us all on our journey with him.

Tonight at St Paul’s, we gather for the Easter Vigil with the New Fire — a sacred and hope-filled beginning to Easter.

Join us at 6pm for this beautiful Holy Saturday service as we watch for the light of Christ and celebrate the promise of the Resurrection.
